So... why is it someone who's primary task is renovating the front page & brand image, should have administrative / censor rights to the forums? It really looks like he just gave her the rights because she's his piece of ass, since she's pretty much got no tenure as a recognized community member.

Haha thanks for finding that. He really hasn't changed a bit, it isn't that he lost his dignity, he never had any. He is so desperate for 'vindication' that he overshares and inadvertently reveals himself to be the terrible one.

His main 'gotcha' reveal in that article is that she made up a reason for not visiting him one time. She created a FICTION and LIED to him about being stopped at the airport when really that BITCH was fucking another guy... crying in bed and too embarrassed/afraid to talk to him about it. I'm sure his reaction would be very reasonable to his unpaid janitors actively making his site less profitable.

There's no humor in it to defend, but 'city name sports team' is a pretty obvious swipe at vapid sports merchandising. A dude probably thought it was a brilliant piece of social commentary at some point by which merch could get 'ironically' successfully peddled, but it didn't work.

Like I said earlier, it is REALLY not going to work at a moment in history where not only does bitching about sports in general have no tone, but nobody gives a fuck about what they're wearing right now because we're all either staying indoors, or taking 'redneck Call of Duty cosplay' to a city capital.

Don't know, but they (obviously) took to QQCS about it. About the limits put on how many you can make, that it's an incentive to buy plat. etc.



Don't forget, report people you want to praise! Even though mods complain about the system getting clogged up with too many reports and getting to them in a timely manner, blah blah.

I thought it was a little exploitative to force people to cough up $10 to use the report button, but I'm not so sure giving it to everyone on SA was a good idea either. With SA's current population, it's like throwing a loaded pistol into an unarmed, rowdy mob and hoping you don't hear any loud bangs in the future.

And she has the absolutely badass name of "Dana Outlaw." She's apparently a private lawyer who contracts with the court to provide this service.

She's also acted as a Special Master, which is a special judge who handles some complex area of another case on assignment from the main trial judge in the case.

A guardian ad litem is a special lawyer who represents the interests of a child in a case, and is essentially the child's lawyer, representing their interests. A parent would ordinarily do this (through counsel) but when a g.a.l. is appointed, it is often because the court feels that neither parent can be trusted adequately to represent the child's interest.

This is in sharp contrast to Dickard's claims of total vindication just because he currently has custody.

In short, this is a good outcome for the child, and a very bad outcome for Dickard's finances, because these people don't work for free.
