To be fair, in this case, Phil is doing the right thing. Someone abused his name to target others, and he outright said it wasn't him, and has been clear on that. That resulted in the same person targeting him in retaliation. Regardless of liking him or not, he shouldn't have to deal with this. He did the right thing, and in doing so helped the people who are usually his detractors, only to be attacked by the person who was causing the issue in the first place.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of phil and his antics, but he could have ignored it, and just made a statement it wasn't him, instead of publicly confronting the one who did it. In return, helping him deal with this isn't a bad thing, it's to everyone's benefit if the superclownmedia guy can't repeat it for the next youtuber he fanboys over.

This can be done, but not easily. If it happens, a videofeed or something similar is more likely to be used than actual physical presence, or representation through a lawyer/other representative.

Like dark went out of his way to @ nick about this, despite the fact that he’s already said this guys an idiot who only cares about drama, and even said he’d piss in his mouth, but now that the drama won’t potentially be about how much of a slime ball he is he’s more than ready to reach out to someone

if I was Nick(or if Nick was as petty as me) I’d tell this clown to fuck off, but I’m kinda hoping his toe dips into this autism vortex bite him in the ass like everyone before him.

I've done some sped wrangling in my time and thats was a common trait with some one the guys. They would be super nice to people when they needed something or were ther eface to face, but would shit all over them the second the person was gone/no longer helpful in the short term.

Yeah it’s pretty pathetic on both parties, but nick seems to care more making a video on this than having any pride. Maybe I’m just extra petty, and I get that nick isn’t a lore expert on DSP, but he’s seen enough of what this guys like and if this kinda coward insulted me and said they’d piss in my mouth, well let’s just say I’d have quite a few choice words I’d like to have in them DM’s.

this is the kinda shit that annoys me, DSP shits on whoever he wants like a cranky toddler, and the people reward his behavior by still hearing him out when he comes crawling back because their existence finally has worth in his eyes.

Have you watched Nick before?

1. Find a retard involved in internet related legal drama.

2. Make fun of said retard.

3. When retard responds, apologize and invite them on the show for a friendly, fair and balanced talk.

4. When retard comes on the show, act polite while sneak dissing them. When retatd leaves, make fun of how retarded they are.

5. Charge viewers $20 to read their jokes about retard out loud.

He's done it with Mad Black, Shane that chair guy, Ron Toye's tweets, and some other retards I don't know the names of.

Nick is an entertainer. He's being nice because there is a slim chance he can get Phil on his stream and own him live. No detractor has been able to get Phil on their shows in Phil's 12 year legacy.

If Nick got Phil on live stream and called him out, he would surpass Freddy and the SOK, Tevin, and all the other detractors. This would likely give him at least a short term boost in views and the money related to that.

If you were a troll tipper, would you rather spend $4.20 having Tevin's text to speech read "wheelchair symbol" a hundred times, or $20 to have Nick read out loud "Keep that demon possesed stallion fed. Big ups Jim at the gym" live while Phil is in a call with him?
