ComeGeekSome isn't the one that helped ruin a man's life by posting tons of Tweets publicly calling him a sexual predator and a pedophile, calling various cons to get him disinvited and thus have his contract breached, claiming that he had contact with "hundreds of women" to back up his story and block and insult anyone when they asked him to show proof. Because unlike Vic, your history of abusing women is documented in court, thus there is concrete legal proof and paperwork that you were involved in domestic abuse. Meanwhile, not a single report has come of Vic committing any sexual misdeed that you and your friends claim he did.

Also, you're confusing quantity with quality. Just because there's a lot of affidavits doesn't mean they hold weight. Several years ago, 60 former WWE wrestlers, including Road Warrior Hawk, Ahmed Johnson, Demolition, Bryan Clarke, King Kong Bundy, Paul Orndorff, Jimmy Snuka, Shane Douglas, et al, filed a group lawsuit against the WWE for failing to protect them from repeated head trauma. Guess what? In 2018, that lawsuit was dismissed. And these weren't random nobodies; many of these wrestlers were some of the biggest stars in the 80's and 90's.

Um, no. This case is not over and no one has won anything. The appeals exist for a reason, for one party to argue why the judge made an unsatisfying court decision. If the appeals falter and Vic loses big time on them, then yes, you’ve “won”. But you’re making the same mistake that a lot of ISWV people did with the TCPA hearing: you’re assuming that your victory is a foregone conclusion. You could win, but you could also lose, and even lose it all.

The only people who forced Vic to file a lawsuit were you, Monica, Jamie and Funimation. Why?
  1. You, the fiancé of an accuser, called him a sexual predator and a pedophile multiple times on Twitter and claimed you had hundreds of women who would back up your story.
  2. Monica and Jamie, who worked with Vic, publicly declared themselves victims and said they had receipts to prove their alleged assault, including an internal investigation.
  3. Funimation posted a thread on their Twitter handle saying they cut ties with Vic and “do not condone harassment” on anybody, implying that Vic got fired because of harassment.
  4. You and Monica got Vic disinvited from KamehaCon, thus breaching his contract and depriving him his revenue.
  5. You people caused Vic to lose voice acting roles, tons of money, lots of friends, potentially many future jobs and a place in the industry in the fallout.
Nick wasn’t the one who was constantly slandering him in public and refusing to reveal receipts he claimed to have. You guys did. If you didn’t, this lawsuit would most likely not have happened.

Before last February, Nick didn’t even know who Vic was, even though he knew Vic’s lawyer in Texas. Nick in fact contacted Vic and told him he was setting up the GFM with or without his consent. And while this happened, Vic had already gone through a couple of law firms (both who said that he had a strong case) before deciding on Ty. Vic said he had nothing to do with the GFM, but he gave Nick his blessing. Nick in turn had nothing to do with Vic’s decision to sue you freaks. All he did was set up a GFM as a gesture of kindness. That’s not pushing someone to sue; that’s some stranger giving a drowning man a raft to save his life.

Who gives a fuck? Vic was already fired from Funimation at that time, so he was not obligated by them to cut off communications with her. Also, imagine someone whom your friends with for 20 years decided to one day publicly denounce you as a predator, you don't know why and you want to talk to her? What would you have done?

What makes you think Vic doesn’t have friends? Why, because people in the anime community aren’t going on Twitter or Facebook or Instagram and publicly defending or even following Vic? Vic isn’t following any of the actors right now. Does that mean he’s not friends with any of them either? Maybe the reason they don’t want to publicly defend Vic is because they either don’t want to get involved or because they know people like you and your fans will haze and bother them. We see how you guys react when things don’t go your way.

When Reuben Langden said that Vic should have a say in court, he got roundly scrutinized for daring to be neutral. As soon as Johnny Yong Bosch said he spoke to Vic about taking over his role as Broly, one of you idiots tried to fabricate a story accusing Bosch of unfounded allegations. When Chuck Huber had the nerve to file that unsworn declaration (which included a sentence saying that Todd Haberkorn would never work at Funimation again if he retained the same law firm as Vic’s), you guys harassed and badmouthed him to the point that he made an idiot out of himself by acting like a pacifist on Twitter, which included following one of the 17 people who filed those affidavits. And yes, we made fun of him on that. But Vic has no friends, no way.

Lastly, what makes you think that the reason most of those voice actors at Funimation who are not publicly liking and retweeting anything Vic does are your friends but not his? You’re telling me that the same voice actors whose company, two co-workers and a co-worker’s fiancé are being sued for defamation, tortorious interference, civil conspiracy et al are genuinely supporting you and the other defendants out of kindness and not because they were ordered to? They’re most likely doing that because they’re scared of losing their jobs, being hazed and of what will happen to them if they have the nerve to speak on Vic’s behalf. Some of them may in fact be Vic’s friends and are pretending to be your friends because you like to bully people, which is shameful. If you guys can get Vic removed from an industry over a stupid candy joke, a touch of someone’s hair and some unverified gossip, I can’t even imagine what you would do to any of his friends in the industry, let alone his friends at Funimation right now.

I have some curiosities @Ron Toye. You seem to crave attention, showing up in you tube comments, sending DM’s to Nick Rekieta, posting on kiwi farms among other things.

Why did you ever private your twitter account? Didn’t you say you paid a company to remove troll accounts? If so how did you get your account suspended? Did your trusted followers turn on you and report your account?

Whatever made you think sending DM’s to Nick Rekieta was a good idea? I have to believe you knew about Ronversations. You literally gave him the content to make thousands of dollars.

Why do you continuously try to undermine your attorneys? Surely these things you’re doing warrant a conversation with them before you proceed. Didn’t Casey once tell Chupp they had asked you to stop tweeting?

That's fine for the Farms, but imagine presenting Ron's Facebook post to Chupp and trying to explain how what looks like an ordinary image was actually verification for a forum account. You'd need testimony from the people who asked him to do that and even then it might be too complicated. His snack tray isn't even good for sharing on social media. It's too esoteric.

I see posts alarmed at Ron coming here without consulting his lawyers, but this is unironically the perfect medium for him. He can pretty much say whatever the fuck he wants and it's legally of no consequence because the moderators gave him even more plausible deniability when they started editing his posts. Honestly wouldn't surprise me if he's on PULL as well like @MarzGurl given how he yipped about it being a relevant site, but I don't know if he does have an account because otherwise he'd be staying in his little hugbox instead of coming here. Then again, maybe he has a humiliation fetish.

Just archive the kiwifarms page with archive.today or the waybackmachine, because Ron could edit his own post and delete parts.
In that case you still have to archive them before he does that.
The mod edit isn't the problem here.
