I think she's been around since the 80's, there was a really weird boom of insanely huge fake breasts at that time. Google "boob cruise 199[number] cover" and it will probably feature every woman in the world with huge string implants.
Minka is one of them, she's the "numba wan, asian. big. boob. queen." as heard on Loveline.
(she's legit at tennis, played as a pro in South Korea before going to the US to test her luck there)
All of them starting in the 80's means that they're all in grandma territory these days. There's a clip with Minkas manager/husband a couple of pages back in the Naomi Wu thread where he says that asian beachball tits grandma is a unique market that they have cornered. She, on the other hand, thinks it's time to remove them. He says he will leave if she does.

It is true for all sizes, no two bras fit exactly the same. It is very dependent on the actual shape of your breast, not just how many inches of tit meat you have in relation to your rib cage. You can buy two bras in different styles from the same company and they will fit widely different. Not to mention the math to figure out your bra size requires so advance there are calculators to determine it. Even after that, you‘ll still be on a journey to find the right bra.

That’s not so much bad surgery as it is makeup trends that haven’t aged very well. People give the 80s a lot of grief over it’s fashion but the late 90s and 00s were just as bad in different ways.

She reportedly spends around £14k a year on fillers and other procedures. She first had them at the age of 13. Her mum and aunt are both beauticians so it's more than likely they played a big part in this abomination.
In a 2019 interview she said "she's had her lips, chin, cheeks, brows and jawline altered as well as her smile lines and her teeth." So I'm sure she's had even more since this.
