Well, to start with there is the obvious fact that communism promises common possession of the means of production and distribution of goods according to perceived need, which works out perfectly well if you've convinced you deserve everything and owe nothing due to your status in the suppression ranks.
In addition, trannyism is largely founded on the postmodern thought that you are whatever you feel/claim you are, in other words that nature can be shaped to our will. That fits neatly with the communist notion of a malleable society and wilful ignorance of nature's role (which set back Soviet agriculture by decades during Stalin & Lysenko).
Trannyism and Communism are a match made in heaven. I mean in lived experience.

I was thinking something similar. Trannyism is the extreme of individualist masturbation and conflicts with an ideology that emphasizes the will of the people/group.

So it's rarely "I'm personally offended by this", and usually "that's transphobic and offends my entire group!". That's why they can find a thousand excuses for individual troons' despicable behavior: a single individual cannot speak for the group, so even if the group is full of disgusting people the sanctity of the group is preserved.
That's also why so many of those "this is why I left the transgender/LGBTQ community!" posts boil down to "(...) and then I noticed just how awful everybody around me was!"

Let's be fair here, even the Soviet Union tried to put people in jobs that were at least slightly related to their skills.
