Preston talked about flagging Cash Grab as a campaign based on harassment violating IndieGoGo's ToS, but since the product was advertised as a spite campaign about the self-insert epersona Cecil fighting and sodomizing "e-enemies" the likes of JDA, Doug TenNapel and Nasser, it could hardly be considered a case of deplatforming through false flagging. I may be biased because I think Cash Grab and its creator are puerile dogshit but I'm obliged to point out that at no point did Preston lie.

The spite campaign aspect is why I didn't back Cash Grab. It went from a potentially funny story lightheartedly mocking CG, to a masturbation session of Cecil shitting on his enemies. I don't have time for that petty nonsense.

It seemed like Zack wasn't too fond of Norah's Saga due to it appearing as a YA story and his a man in his 40s, but he did give props to Kelsey for the nice artwork. I'm glad to see he mostly enjoyed the Futurists, I personally think it's one of Comicsgate's best by far along with Soulfinder, Casefile Arkham and Bigfoot Bill.

I skimmed through my brother's and I... I mean.. those dastardly SWC dudes stream and found an interesting tid bit. The one who isn't Thomas Roilup doesn't even lurk the Farms and Thomas himself doesn't have an account here. They get linked to specific posts via their discord and check them out if the information is worthwhile.

Panboy also seems disingenuous in trying to recruit us as his personal army against SWC, since they also congratulated the Farms on outing Sheila Allen as a phishing scammer which was the content of their stream.

In which case maybe they should be thanking us? I mean they don't have too, but maybe they should, but either way I don't mind. Your welcome SWC.

To be fair it was @Adamska who really got my noggin jogging by pointing out that the Preston dumps were clearly coordinated by a group of individuals working in a back channel (most likely Warcampaign) seeing how Sheila Allen (@H0stile) made an account here and identified herself so willingly in an attempt to chase chout for the reveal. In addition to several freshly made accounts that were literally made that day and were parroting the talking points of the main posters.

I was suspicious of @This_is_a_Throwaway ever since he dumped @VIkkiVerse 's dox in the Containment thread a full 24 hours after Vikki had claimed to be doxed by TUG at which point @FROG had claimed it was Kiwifarms that doxed her (really slow coordination there old man) and a full week after TUG admitted on Liam's livestream that he had gathered the info on Vikki. Throwaway has also been spamming F5 and rating every poster critical of CG and TUG in this thread and others as autisitic and MATI, clearly getting assblasted on a deeply emotional level.

I would give some advice to the young Warcampaigner among us, eventually the point of a throwaway is to actually throw it away. You can always try again next time?

I will say one thing, things are certainly getting interesting in CG again. The renewed interest in this thread is proof of that, Ethan I reiterate my previous point of sending Preston a thank you card.

So far I believe Comicsgate's main problems with Preston are: he contacted Disney and Harrison Ford about Jeff Hicks using Harrison's likeness in that piece of garbage called Stealing Solo, he then encouraged his viewers to flag Cecil's campaign due to targeted harassment of Doug TenNapel and finally now because of flagging the porn they are broadcasting on youtube which may or may not be Preston's intellectual property.

All these points are flawed because:

1. Harrison Ford and Lucasfilm by extension do have the right to protect their intellectual property against unlicensed works of fiction. A major Star Wars channel called Star Wars Theory produced a Vader fan film for youtube which Lucasfilm took down, it was later uploaded on the condition that it could not be profitable. Jeff Hicks definitely received a profit from his sub par book and could be held liable.

2. Cecil is a butthurt lispy queer from New Jersey who can't seem to accept that some people aren't as tolerant of swallowing cock as others, his campaign could be viewed as targeted harassment of Doug. In fact Comicsgate promoted the campaign as a "spite" campaign specifically, in the end the IGG wasn't removed so why care?

3. Youtube doesn't allow porn to be broadcast on their platform, if TUG is dumb enough to stream it then he's dumb enough to have his channel flagged. Whether the material belongs to Preston is irrelevant in that regard, don't want to get flagged? Don't do stupid shit.

Also "my discord", post receipts to this thread. I have nothing to hide, unless of course your just flailing around bluffing like a sperg. Attempting to intimidate someone with some secret "gotcha" information only works if you are actually correct retard.

While I’ll fully admit that the situations aren’t exactly the same, it’s still fun to me to see a Kickstarter campaign for a graphic novel blow right past The Plot-Holes, IndieGoGo’s current comics darling, four-day total in 24 hours.

It wouldn’t surprise me to see this one beating CF2 by the end of its campaign and becoming the most crowdfunded comic of all time actually in the comic book section(because that’s the distinction Frog was using to discount Spawn), and that’s even without shipping costs being included in the total since it’ll be calculated and charged later.

When I see that many artists named on a project I worry. One of the reasons I quit reading comics was the inconsistency and the tag-ins of shit tier artists on flagship titles.
