Who dresses up (with other people) on their birthday? More likely it was Halloween and most halloween costumes aren't that great.

Dax is forever bragging about playing dressup on the show. I find it sort of endearingly manchild dorky, but it's part of why the idea that anyone looks up to him as a father figure is so funny.
