Correct me if I'm wrong here but, 14 Branchland court is still effectively owned by the bank via Barbs brilliant reverse mortgage; when she dies they will start eviction proceedings. At the very least he will be homeless until a 3rd party steps in. A 3rd party such as a whean or possibly a social worker finding Chris some section 8 housing like no/low rent apartments if available.

In theory some whean is going to do all the heavy lifting for him, fill out applications online, make phone calls while Chris plays the vidya and then Chris will probably ignore them immediately after the vidya is setup in the section 8 apartment unless it has something to do with Magichan, similar to what happened to Josh. Josh has a good heart or at least had when it comes to Chris. Then Chris did what Chris does and as of this friday on stream Josh said something along the lines of "I guess he gets what he deserves" , in reference to Chris.

It's just a regular mortgage. It will almost certainly be foreclosed on without Barb's income when she dies but that won't be immediate. Also I specifically said Chris wouldn't be permanently homeless because it's entirely possible he ends up at least temporarily homeless because he's a fuckup. He might end up in Section 8 housing but there would probably be a wait of as long as several years. He's also likely to be thrown out of the first couple places he lives after losing 14 BC because he's a complete asshole.

He'll probably grift his way into something eventually and then eventually end up in Section 8 housing, unless he loses his shit enough to be put in the famous group home everyone keeps talking about.

I can only speak for where I live, which is major metro city but, cops tend to not give a flying fuck about mentally ill even when people ask the police for help removing them from trespassing/harassing people. Section 8 is full of dirtbags and creeps and weirdos Chris is going to fit in as long as he keeps his hands/mouth to himself. As previously said the biggest risk is a children's tantrum over his possibly section 8 neihbors blasting the sterio too loud.
