Careers is such a loud word. Look at Mags. Yeah Mags got more offers after trooning out, but if you look through those projects they're not even c-list, they're all at the bottom of the alphabet. You listen to CG and it's almost as if tranny got an imprint or became the chief editor of the X-Men brand. Because that's how you get superchats.

This could be bait but CG didn't give the SJWs at Marvel and DC their careers. Constantly whining about "not seeing themselves in comics" and kissing the right asses got them their careers. CG also had nothing to do with Mags' comic being turned into a show, she did that on her own. It was Heather Antos' mulkshake stunt that lead to CG rising because it summed up what was the problem: diversity-hires putting focus on their social media image instead of doing their fucking jobs and making comics sell.

After what's been unfolding this past week, that's exactly what CG turned into.

In reference to Zack v Waid situation, the point was made that Waid was more than willing to interfere with these independent publishers. Technically, he might not have exhausted every single option, but it was likely he was going to be headed for an uphill battle, so he switched up the game. He probably saved a lot of time and grief trying to go around hoping Waid wouldn't get into anyone else's ears. Makes sense to me.

Back to Preston, if we were to assume what he said was true about not uploading to Pornhub, then by law the person who uploaded them to said PH account is the guilty party. I don't see how merely finding the PH videos would land anyone from the EVS camp in trouble. Posting them for all to see on Twitter, maybe. This reminds me of the situation with Al Capone where they couldn't nail him on the stuff everyone knew he was doing, but they did get him for taxes. If more refugees from WC come forward like Praetorian said, EVS is in big trouble. So some good could come out of this, despite Poulter's desperate redirection.

I don't know if Preston has a case because I'm no lawyer but I'm guessing that @FROG's demanding a "deep dive" from his followers (did he say WarCampaign by name?) into Preston followed by his mod/WarCampaign member/prostitute/dox monkey producing the porn then Ethan disseminating and encouraging the dissemination of said porn for the express purpose of humiliating Poulter and finally the statement that Poulter was destroyed for fucking with CG. That led to the alleged criminal investigation of Ethan.

I believe that it's the sexual nature of the humiliation that makes it illegal and it's the perverted nature of the fetish/"sexual orientation" that might make it a "hate crime" which is horse shit.

Whether there is an actual prosecutable case there is up to a DA to decide but if the police are investigating and Preston gets access to the info unearthed in the investigation through FOIA or otherwise Ethan could be in a world of hurt.

If cops pull back the curtain and find anything else that's illegal when they're looking at the gay ops we all know happened things could get real interesting.

-Preston expressly made these videos to be seen commercially. He is not ashamed of them.
-Ethan's intent was to humiliate Preston, but Preston obviously can't be humiliated by something he's proud of. Ethan failed.
-The heart of the matter is whether it effectively damaged Preston's professional reputation and scared customers away. The answer to that is obvious.
-The very people who would be scandalized at Preston's caca-cuckery would be the ones "kink-shaming" the enlightened self-aware therapy-addled Preston. In other words, they aren't the fans Preston wants anyway. Therefore, Ethan helped him locate the very customers who will accept him for this. "Accept" not forgive because I don't believe Preston has apologized for this. That would imply it was wrong of him to have made the videos in the first place

He misses the money, but the reality is Preston won't accept the customers who aren't going to be okay with his lifestyle. Oh well! Time for another hobby, I guess.

I disagree with some of that but none of it really matters.

Whether Preston has a civil case or not here's what we know:
- The cops are investigating (allegedly)
- That could lead to a conviction (unlikely)
- That could lead to evidence required to mount a civil suit (likely)
- That could lead to exposure of other criminal acts like dildos mailed to WarCampaign enemies as threats (possibly)
- Any or all of this leading to an entertaining shit show I'll enjoy the fuck out of (definitely)

A good point I think a lot of anti's have been calling the cops on Ethan over silly shit the last year or so.

That could have a "boy who cried wolf" effect on the cops or it might have a "straw that broke the camels back" effect.

I'm cheering for the latter but we'll get what we get.
