Rekeita spent his second hour making an additional argument, "Cops don't like prosecuting crimes across states", but then he finally got to SWC and Vikki having belly laughs at Nick and the ISWV outcome and after two minutes of seething he's just yelling at the top of the lungs now. Rackets must have been really assmad over being cucked. EFAPing a video is the dumbest thing to do, and that's not a knock on Rackets, but a knock on anyone who does it in general.
Saying dumb shit like "people like you are the reason why I can't share pics with Vic" in regards to Vikki and SWC because he got his feefees hurt just made this stream entertaining otherwise I'd be bored out of my mind for pausing and pedantically going over things every 1 second. I'm really not a fan of people copying the EFAP formula. Again, this is why MauLer has a fucking thread.
Also Rackets, fyi, you said Ethan went out of his way to refund people. Wrong. He made it clear you had to come to him to get the refund, instead of actually "going out of his way" to refund people.
That being said, I think he's at least proven that Preston doesn't know what he's talking about when it comes to the law, and should have probably just kept quiet instead of going on a livestream with SWC. Everything else is just Rackets making pegging jokes every second he gets, and it gets stale very fast. If Nick wasn't biased, is this how mad he usually gets when someone cancels?

Just watched Ethan stream snipe Rekita. I know the unhinged drunken lunatic thing is just an act to keep his audience entertained but it doesn't lend credibility. Honestly I don't get how people can tune into this regularly without it getting old fast. I can see why someone with an interest in the case might like to watch it if they share Rekita's bias going in but watching him scream at a bunch of comics fans because they won't let him golf with the anime Captain Kirk knock off is just pure lunacy.

The news of them both going on vacation at the same time is highly suspicious and coincidental for my liking. Ethan has already ditched Mike and Edwin for Warcampaign, there is no reason why Cecil and Jon should think they are immune.

The problem is Ro and Panboy agree to the truce but the rank and file WC guys don't. No name WC guys continue to meme and provoke Malin and Cecil, which in turn triggers a response from Jon and Cecil, which then drags Ro and Pan back in to comment on how Cecil and Malin are attacking the customers, which in turn creates more headaches for Ethan.
It's a feedback loop and at this point it seems irreparable.
I always enjoyed his portfolio reviews and drawing streams tbh, he seems so far removed from his channels original content.
I could see Malin leaving because he actually has some talent and other industry connections but not Cecil. Cecil has nowhere to go, I doubt Mike and Doug would let him in their little faction since Cecil is an antagonistic, degenerate drunk with no talent outside getting wasted and being a punching bag on livestreams for comedic effect.
There are rumors that Ro had a prior relationship to EVS similar to Zack although personally I don't believe it. I combed Ro Kabir's former twitter years ago and archived a bunch of stuff and the timeline of events leading up to Comicsgate.

Nick's show is a good racket. He picks the side of a legal argument that his audience is likely to share and then breaks it down making sure to explain why the audiences side will win.
I doubt Nick chooses his legal opinions on this show based on who he actually thinks will win. If the two line up then all the better but if they don't oh well.
He drinks and swears and spergs out for their entertainment and they get to think Vic or Meyer or whoever is going to win so they show their appreciation by giving the man who makes hundreds of dollars an hour working their $5-$20 and everyone wins.
I can't get mad at that.

Today Nick said it was too late for Vic by the time he got there. I seem to recall him pushing the confidence with Ty Beard being on board with all the "fear the beard" bs and how it was going to be a slam dunk case.
Nicky Rackets does what every lawyer does. They stick to what sounds "right" and "true" to say in the moment and the audience. He's always been 50/50 on everything. Most people who become lawyers only studied it to see how to ethically and legally word themselves around the loopholes of things. Can confirm based on experiences and personal knowledge of lawyers I know.

Mike and Doug might actually forgive Malin out of religious obligation. That would be a mistake. Malin didn't last this long by being redeemable.
Pan is as out of control as any of them. If he could keep his shit together TenNaple would have lasted a couple more months.
