To my knowledge the infamous video wasn’t the one that killed him, but it was some other time off-camera because he did it so often.

If I recall it was "complications" that killed him; the story I remember hearing was that he took horse dick, perforated his colon in the process, went drinking afterwards (booze essentially acts as a blood thinner and any chance for the perforation to clot or close became non-existent) and he bled out internally.

Powerlevel - Have spoken with her years ago and she detailed a lot of stuff not to do with the filth aspect of her kinks, like doing diaper things with other chicks, and has said she doesn't really do anything nowadays due to work overtaking her life.
