The reason I'm hesitant to believe this is because these condos cost around $1,000,000 (or more, since Corey claims he has more than 3 bedrooms). Even the monthly rental on a 550 ft. studio is more than Colleen's mortgage payment.
Of course it is possible that Corey lives at 88 Greenwich St., NYC. Perhaps he's burning through that $600K in cash he has laying around. However, based on Corey's recents posts, it looks like his routine is centered more around the 45 Noel Dr., North Arlington NJ address.
