My post already made that point. The second paragraph explains how she became who she is today. I would like sources on your claim on pedophilia being congenital. It's a philia. There was a study that shows men can be trained to be sexually aroused by the sight of shoes through repeated exposure, despite never having an interest beforehand. There's no reason that a person could not be groomed to become a pedophile, much as a new furry can be groomed to like bestiality art and then turn to real life bestiality because the pictures are no longer satisfactory. You can be 'trained' to have a philia, as the furry community has proved (marl/eevee/mel). You can cause a shitty personality where it didn't exist before, as Kabier/Jasonafex proves (eevee/mel). An underage person contributing to an adult cub magazine is just really sad, for the same reasons that her preying upon people that very age and younger is sad now. I imagine there were a lot of adults in her life online that were pushing her to produce more fetish content, including the publishers of that magazine who knew that she was underage at the time she was contributing to their collection. What if every patron in the store/dungeon area has to consent before going in, but not only that, the shop keep who fucks people gets their kinks and hard limits they want to disclose before they go in.

Having sexy times is allowed in the dungeon area, however, if anyone in the store has listed exhibitionism a hard limit, it cannot take place. Take it further, maybe there are patrons into exhibitionism, and you can unlock scenes of threesomes or exhibitionist stuff by scheduling it around those.
