I was wondering why this thread exploded again.
May want to prove to a mod here that you are Nasser first or have deets in full to load out. Just common courtesy, and it gives you a neat little symbol or banner.
Secondly, Liam also alleges that you were involved in a whisper network with many of the early CG creators like Doug TenNapel and Mike S. Miller to blacklist him and others. Would you care to address these claims or perhaps give a peek behind the curtain about what networking in early CG (if any) was like?
So @Mister Dongs who's our latest visitor? Mike, Tim, Ben Hennessy, Unranked Chevron? Maybe Midnight Cherry himself since Nasser came here? Can’t speak for Nasser, but my experience with early CG is we mostly retweeted one another, but the problems didn’t come to the forefront right away until you started paying attention to the IBS channels. With regards to DougT, I heard the claim that he was secretly organizing a whisper network the week after @FROG excommunicated him. The fact that I was never approached by either DougT or any of his close followers to recruit me in some war against EVS makes me suspicious that this claim was made up. I was and still am a small channel but most of the OG CG crew had at least heard about me and I had publically said I thought the idea of throwing the My Hero Magademia team and Doug T under the bus was the stupidest thing I’d ever heard. You’d think I’d have been a natural recruit for an evil whisper network. I’m sure people DM to discussed it then, but I’ve never had any organized anti-CG attempt to tell me I have to blacklist certain CG creators. Apart from some people who obsessively hate Ethan and WC, “anti-CG” looks way more like people who came to their own conclusions long ago or got pissed off by one of the fights affecting someone they liked.
This thread just keeps getting weirder and weirder by the day.
None of the above (especially not Ben Hennessey). The guy moved on from Comicsgate some point last year after Doug TenNapel was forced out but before Smiller was purged going off his first post. That could be any of dozens of disillusioned small youtubers. So @Mister Dongs who's our latest visitor? Mike, Tim, Ben Hennessy, Unranked Chevron? Basicallly treat your first few posts here as a very agressiive cross examination. Keep your cool. Provide the info, and understand we're all going to use C.I.A. level mind games try and poke holes in your story.MATI?
Nice find, I actually forgot to look for it.J Ishiro Finney commenting on Liam Gray. The original video is deleted
No. Nobody wanted an opposing faction. People like Doug just want to make books, and doesnt care to have a little group.
@NasserRabadi13 Is any of that Legion of Doom stuff for real or just autistic paranoia? That stuff where Doug TenNapel allegedly convinced people to leave CG to form an opposing faction.
I know this is rhetorical, but I can sort of explain this. The problem isn't just in PROs or the Industry, it's also the le-fandom and the environment. The fnaboys convinced themselves that writers and artists are rockstars of the highest caliber. Because when you open credits for your book it says "Written by Bobby Jackoff" the roles of the rest of the people are downplayed. It doesn't say "Written by Bobby, fixed by Editor 1, made fit into continuity by Editor 2 and btw Bobby didn;t want to write that we forced him because there is a road map!". And then Bobby just rolls with his success but tells everyone how editors didn't let him create. And the dumbasses just assume that editors were in the way not helping him.How can you, a college student can deliver faster than former pros in the industry or people with who got their books more than funded? You are the living standard that cg preaches yet you releases like 5 books in the past 2 years when people have trouble doing 1?

Comicsgay walked into the same fucking trap.
"THE PRO veteran Ethan is with us!!!" - never mind that the guy is chronically late and one time got so salty over being called out for it he created a controversy to cancel the entier book
"The awesome cool Zack is gonna be the best" - never mind that he wrote the homoerotic action-schlock before. It's gonna be good because he's soooo cool and has a PRO CB ARTIST on his side!
And don't forget the textbook comic-simp "Can't rush art" that people in this thread were using once Cyberfaggot got late
The moment CG switched into creative mod the same mainstream simping started to happen, no merit what so ever
Malin crashed the Liamstream asking from the chat if Smiller was one of the smaller creators that CG is obliged to help according to Liam. Liam explains that Miller isn't a small creator but a fallen traitor creator who brought his own ruin upon him and put before the fiery orange sword, chiding Malin that this is "basic stuff". Malin angrily demands Liam get on his show and fight him online, Liam tells him to fuck off and now Malin is sperging out on his own channel while Frog chills on the Liamstream as some random 12 year old crashing livestreams strums a ukelele.

CG is a love letter to the 90's:
Superstar creators throwing out overpriced books for paper junkies and speculators, newcomers hailed as the new superstars, making bank or getting into debt to self-publish their aweful comic, weird beefs between creators (to CG's defence, there is still no challenge to a boxing match like the one Dave Sim issued to Jeff Smith, but then again Dave Sim makes the spergiest CG-er seem well adjusted and him co-writing CF:RP and being on livestreams would be a shitshow of EPIC PROPORTIONS!!!), chronicaly late books, style over substance and overhyped projects falling out too early.
CG is also about EVS being a Wizard artist of the month again and speaking toys, cartoon and movies like a beta Todd McFarlane, while RCM is the wierd, outspoken Erik Larsen who just wants to make his comics and call out people and Mike Miller Liefelded himself out of the group
Money. Doug may be superficially "nicer" to him, but I think we can verifiably say that he's done absolutely nothing to boost his projects. Zero. See also Smiller. What would be the point of that? Ethan & Co spent the past year making Nasser out to be an enemy, his persona non grata now. I've watched JDA sneak back into Comicsgate twice now with Ethan's blessing. Both times however the audience rejects him and he storms off with the shits and becomes "anti-CG" again.

Nasser always took shit in CG, that's where "kick Nasser" came from. He was always a quasi-enemy anyway. But since he left Ethan rarely made him out to be the villain. He said more than once that he said he kind of missed Nasser.
For the record, and I'd be shocked if he denied it, Nasser seemed to cause his fair share of drama too. Some of those wounds were self inflicted.
