Diseased #Comicsgate - The Culture Wars Hit The Funny Books!

SJWs didn't invent identity politics. Social Marxism in the west started as a Soviet Psyop.
And 90s didn't invent edge, much like 2000s didn't invent irony/sarcasm. I was talking about setting up a trend not inventing the concept

Preston being taken down a peg has really got everyone's nuts up and Panboy, Liam, TUG and Red Gaze/this gay a-logger are all taking swings at SWC now and trying to settle scores from the non-stop unanswered shitting on them. We'll see how this goes.
I think Preston being defeated so utterly was actually a tactical mistake on Ethan and Comicsgates behalf, I'll elaborate further below.

Since its inception Comicsgate has been operating in a somewhat militaristic fashion. It produces propaganda (meme's) to both denigrate it's enemies and uplift it's own heroes. Comicsgate's economy is a war time economy, most of the IGG campaigns are funded as spite campaigns, whether sticking it to the SJWs or Doug TenNapel and not so much on the merit of the works themselves. The flow of funds within CG rely constantly on an external enemy existing for the promotion of these campaigns, which could be considered war bonds, you invest money in scraps of paper (comicbooks) in the hopes that you score a victory in the culture war in your side's favor. CG has always had constant enemies, originally the SJW mainstream, then Vox Day and his minions, now it is "ex,anti,OG-CG" comprised of former members and exiles.

For over the past year Preston has replaced all other Comicsgate villains, real or imagined, as public enemy number one. He offered up easily digested videos, which were well sourced and increased his viewer base from disillusioned members. After being exposed as a former cuck porn actor and being humiliated so extensively he has pretty much been removed as a threat to Comicsgate and Ethan as a whole. Unfortunately this has now created a power vacuum, as Preston has basically been found an-heroed in his basement bunker surrounded by cuck porn with a metaphorical bullet to the head.

The problem with this is now Preston is defeated and a non issue, Comicsgate still needs an enemy to exist to justify it's own existence. Its no coincidence that only a few days after the defeat of Herr Poulter that old wounds began to reopen and the certain factions within CG attempted various power plays. Cecil and Malin have both had long running issues with Warcampaign and Warcampaign has also taken umbrage with comments by Cecil and Malin in regards to their campaign Vestige and upcoming magazine CGJumpstart. CGJumpstart was the next great battlefield weapon of which Warcampaign had invested much time, effort and resources into in order to consolidate power within the movement as a whole, thanks to Ethan now that project has just been torpedoed. Warcampaign effectively just lost their Bismarck and I imagine they are pissed.

Couple in the inter-personal rivalry's and grievances of smaller creators like Rob Cacy and Liam Gray and the whole battlefield feels like it has been soaked with gasoline and could go up with the slightest flame. Old grudges are resurfacing and many members and creators now must decide whether they side with the Loyalist Camp of Ethan & Co, or support the upstart faction of Warcampaign who has weaponized its members into the most extreme of paypigs and manufacturers of war-time propaganda.

Had Herr Commandant Poulter simply been allowed to remain as the head of state of the rival nation of Ex-gateristan, then this inevitable explosion of resentment could at the very least have been postponed through the unifying mutual hatred that all CG parties shared for him.

TLDR: Destroying Preston Poulter so utterly might have won CG a small victory but over the long term may have been a tactical error on their behalf.
Is vestiage owned by Ro or he owns the igg?
As far as I know Ro Kabir actually bank rolled Vestige out of his own personal finances and paid Donal Delay up front for the project he also runs the campaign page. Gat Hanzo is the lead writer and Steve Dye is the editor, I'm unsure what roles Panboy, GRpeephole and ImNotTyler play in the project but I believe that they all input ideas. Praetorians role according to him was promotion and searching out printers and fulfillment options for the campaign and comparing rates.

Interesting points so far:
*First half an hour was Ethan tearing into Warcampaign, namely Ro and Panboy.
*Ethan mentions @NasserRabadi13 has been posting on Kiwifarms, but neglects to inform his viewers why.
*Steve Dye (from Warcampaign) has reached out to Ethan saying he wants no part in the drama, CGJumpstart is Dye's brainchild so perhaps he see's the writing on the wall.
*Ethan wishes Gat Hanzo the best and wants him to disassociate from Pan and Ro.
*Graham Nolan, co-creator of Bane, is being courted to joining Comicsgate.
*Ethan again hints that another industry pro is considering leaving the mainstream and joining up with Comicsgate.
*Apparently Ethan has been talking to Hollywood insiders about Cyberfrog and the possibility of expanded media.
*Rob Cacy is a piece of shit, seems like he'll be joining Nasser here with us on the Farms.
*The Peasant narrative crafted by Warcampaign to create resentment among smaller CG creators is akin to a Marxist revolutionary tactic to take down the Comicsgate bourgeois.

I'll just leave this here

Preston was a descent season bad. His arc went on long enough. A one year character run but it was a great ending! The Mike S Miller season ran at the same time but Miller was such a dud as a villain. His season finale defeat will not be as entertaining as Preston's.

Lonestar I did $180K, Lonestar II $23K. Jesus. There really isn't a CG outside of EVS at this point.
True. Miller has a pattern of trying to use groups or fanbases for sympathy money. He tries coat tail riding. He was playing poor little blacklisted conservative drummer boy before EVS was in CG. Then he sucked up to EVS to use his fans. He purposefully sought Kickstarter's block on his Lonestar comic because he wanted to go back to getting sympathy and support from conservatives. And his MAGAnificent comic is an attempt to feed off Fox News fans, Dean Cain fans and fans of Rush, Savage, Shapiro and more. It's all the dude knows because he has no fans. So he is a leech looking to feed off other's fan bases.

The first Lonestar Campaign did $113,399/2,412 backers.
The second Lonestar Campaign did $179,089/3,371 backers.
The Lonedux Redux (1st issue remastered) did $23,018/338 backers

He also had his 3 pack campaign which did $64,678/947 backers. Which took place between LS1 and LS2.

He took his Lonestar Redux Campaign to KS and was booted and returned to IGG. Comicsgate kicked up a big stink about it, all the above campaigns were launched while Mike was still CG.

He did launch "Bless this Mess" on kickstarter which was a collection of family short comic strips which were released in Europe after he left CG and it failed.

Who do you see replacing Preston as our season 3 villain or possible season 4 big bad?

Last I checked Meyer built a comics career on feeling he was entitled to have the comics industry do comics the way he likes.

And good for him. Meyer had legitimate complaints but he also wanted to go back to 1996 and the quality of story telling in that era was pure garbage.

Looking at the garbage heap Ethan has turned CG into and calling it a garbage heap doesn't make you a "slave". It just means you're conscious.
People hate cringy woke culture enough to want 90s era X-TREME comics that take too long to be printed, and that's somewhat understandable despite being snark bait. Seriously, I've noticed a lot of the CG comics are just things you saw at a out of date supermarket in the 90s and early 2000s.

He can't say why I was posting, because then hed have to admit to being a liar.

Honestly, my main line of thinking is that I think we'll see an Attack of the SJWs type episode, especially now that WeebWars is in kind of a lull. Underhanded shit like trying to get channels taken down, smears so absurd only Vice.com and The Mary Sue will believe them, stuff like that. Somebody like Renfamous and her pathological need for attention has to be fed somehow, after all.

Must admit I have no clear idea how the traditional retail channels a/k/a your LCS will look post-Wuhan, but if that spirals to a worst case scenario collapse I can see CG getting attacked from this sphere even more than it was in the past, as these "pros" are left with nowhere to go to sell their books. Spite can be a powerful motivation at times. And does anyone reasonably think an idiot like Kwanzer could put together a successful self funded campaign?

EVS has effectively bulldozed the field of any kind of internal opposition, at least for now. The only oppostion we might see here is a dawning realization from the "smaller creators/peasants" (to channel WC) that the CG pie is only so big and most of it is gonna go to no more than five or so creators, all of whom are either EVS himself or his orbiters. But I can't see this group being very effective, since most creators in this category also seem to be jockeying for position to be the next EVS orbiter than they are anything else. FWIW, I think we can effectively stick a fork in WC, maybe they'll be a nuisance on the margins, but that's it, though maybe I'm wrong and there were more paypigs there than I thought.

The drama we all want to see is a split between YBZ and EVS, of course. Don't see that one ever happening, though. Certainly no time soon.

PS: Thanks for correcting me on the Smiller Saga. Never knew the details.

edit:

He actually burbled on about you at least two separate times during the stream. He had a version of the split between you and Donal that, to put it generously, doesn't exactly match what you claimed here.

Well i explained it all to Ethan in detail in private 2 or 3 times. So hes lying again.

Thing is, the excitement of the 90's and the speculator gold-rush is missing in mainstream cape comics. This is something Mayer and pals have captured quite well - cool looking characters and the promise of crazy adventures. Overwritten, paced from the trade, interrupted by continuity mainstream superhero comics can barely do the same thing - this is why new readers go for manga or for indie titles like Saga, they are fresh and exciting.

And neither Marvel, DC or CG can hit the bronze era in the 70's and the 80's that managed to do both excitement and solid stories.

The drama we all want to see is a split between YBZ and EVS, of course. Don't see that one ever happening, though. Certainly no time soon.
This is almost impossible to happen, unless Zack actually manages to outperform the sales of a Cyberfrog book. Then Ethan will try to cancel him so he can be the one with the top selling IGG project.

Why are people now accused of being Preston??

What if you are Preston? Proof that you aren't Preston, Preston!1

Don't worry about him, he's accused @Newman's Own of being Vox Day, JDA, Preston, and once, some other sped thought him and I were the SWC brothers, despite another sped thinking @Smug Freiza is one of them because their animu character is called "SMUG Laily". Really, it's just flailing at the wind, because none of us are actually anyone any of these guys think we are outside of people who actually have no involvement in the movement, whilst it's very clear they're either a true believer or someone in the movement.

@FROG I found the parts in your stream where you lie about me, about 2 hours and 25 minutes in.

first he says I spread info about tug's miscarriage. Here is tug talking publicly about it before that video was ever made (and the miscarriage was not a plot point, tug had brought it up during an argument). Ethan acts as if tug was confiding in me or asking me for advice or something.

This is how you know their story is bs: what do I gain from talking about his miscarriage? I was talking in the video about how he was getting int he way of my now canceled comic Ducktor Satan, and the miscarriage was used as some sort of guilt trip by tug, but ethan and everyone loves to twist it.

And here he is changing his story on it a trillion times in some additional dms. These dms are from a few different points in time but they start after I had sent him the hour-long video explaining why I was stepping away from comics.

He also tried to say in his stream he showed it to tug, when really he showed it to his entire group chat and they started to share it around and clip it. Notice in the stream ethan says "i showed it to tug" but int some of these dms he says "tug showed it to me."

How would tug see it if i never sent it to tug? how would he show it to ethan? ethan is a liar. This was all used to smear me because they had nothing factual to smear me with.
