If dissent was the goal, why is the hostility always only going one way?
If they wanted stoke dissent, it would seem that they would encourage hostility from both sides. Instead, they are making one side the perpetrator and the other the victim. And much of this resentment seems to grow pretty organically, from within the communities, from leaders of those communities - so what part are "they" playing in any of this? They might ride the wave, sure, but it increasingly doesn't seem like they are the cause of it. And which group of people do blacks not have a problem with? Koreans? Chinese? Jewish? No one seems exempt from their resentment, so I would really like to re-examine some of the mantras we have been chanting for so long.
