From what I’ve seen in a quick google search there are a lot more qualifications needed in Canada when it comes to being a cop, including psychological exams, than in the states and I doubt she’d be able to attend courses in the states when she doesn’t live there. As far as I know Canada doesn’t have the issues with cops as the States do but again I could be wrong.
