With Phil, there's a really easy way to tell if some rumor about him is true or not.

If he mocks it, laughs at it, mentions it constantly, then it's not true. See: Escort Saga.

If he gets visibly riled up about it, bans any mention of it, ignores donations/bitch ears about it, etc, then it's definitely true. See: Foresclosure, Bankruptcy, WWE Champions
