i think the point is that what the officer did to him would have been completely fine on a healthy man, but not on a guy with heart disease, hypertension, and possibly coked out too

That doesn't actually matter. The defendant takes their victim as they find them, if they just so happened to have a particular vulnerability, it is what it is.

Its called eggshell skull in tort law, but its applicable to criminal as well

That last part will matter the minute they deploy the Nasty Girls with some fucking ammo and quit sending POG troops with their manlets and femlets to look stupid standing around with empty weapons and no mounted guns on the vehicles.
