If they do, it'll stay up for maybe 30 minutes to an hour, depending on where stuff is deployed and the situation on the ground. If they don't have radio direction finders, can't get boots on the ground in the area, or wind up having nobody responsible for organizing a response, it could stay up for a hell of a lot longer.
