I'm honestly wondering that too at this point, how many days away are we from just seeing them going all in on stopping the riots, since it seems like they've been trying their hardest not to stop them.

People were surprised when riot officers are called in to you know do their job. To stop all this crazy mass destruction they will have to get something because there is no sign of it naturally ending and the police forces with riot officers aren't enough.

Some personal advice from Mama Alto for those of you getting really emotionally exhausted and blackpilled from reading this thread. And it's that easy--take a break every now and then and go do something else.

It's so simple but it works wonders. Go on a walk, eat a good meal, watch a fun movie, listen to some comfy jams, etc. All you have to do is turn off your comp, put down your phone, or switch over to one of our many other entertaining threads.

I myself am taking more breaks from the thread throughout the day and it's helping me be in a much better emotional state than I was the previous days reading and watching this awful shit. Go look for beautiful things. Pet a cute pupper. Try to find a kernel of hope and happiness when you can.

It's easy to give up and become a doomer when seeing this stuff. But I'm here to let you know that it's okay and this too shall pass. Maybe not right away--there's lots of scary aggravating shit coming ahead. But the less you view it, the less it can fuck with you.

The world is what you make of it. And people too. It's not all bad just like it's not all good. It is what it is and everything is temporary. Even bullshit like this.

The police in these videos probably always hated police brutality because it gives good cops a bad name and bad cops who don't give two fucks are going to continue to utilize excessive force, especially when it comes to violent protesters and rioters. Nothing is actually going to change.

When rioting happens, then yes ... Things never change. Rioting just continues the nasty cycle.

Riots only accomplish these scenarios with law enforcement:

1. The police become more likely to use force. You paint a target on all police, and all police are going to go into their jobs more guarded and prepared to shoot.

2. The police in the inner cities will rage quit their jobs, thus leaving the amount of first responders in this inner cities largely understaffed (this happened in Baltimore after the riots in 2016, and that city has become even more of a shithole ever since).
