It would take a lot of work to convince me that segregation doesn't inevitably lead to a massive race war.

RE: gordian knot, you're certainly not wrong. I think what we're seeing now was 100% inevitable, and it's almost entirely the last 50+ years of governing's fault. I don't expect this to be a popular sentiment here, but I think this is the only thing that even resembles a solution for disenfranchised black americans. The FBI has a proven history of waylaying and undermining any peaceful movements that gain any real momentum, and the only "progress" they ever see is faggot celebrities and infantilizing white "allies" and corporations co-opting their causes on social media for brownie points. The entire system fucks them, whether that's by design or not.

This is probably the most frustrating behavior I've witnessed throughout all of this, and it's widespread.

Block vehicle under violent pretenses
Driver gets justifiably spooked an tries to warn them off with a couple pumps on the gas
Violence increases
Fight/flight kicks in and driver tries to get out before they force themselves into their vehicle, possibly injuring people still standing in front of the vehicle
"Why would the driver do this?"
