I think it's just really fun to speculate about this and what it could mean. If she is lying, then the hope is it reaches Phil and we get some gold dust out of him trying to IRL vague tweet as he does to talk shit about some random troll that's giving him trouble. Best case, we get worldstar quality cell phone footage of a crazy crack whore screaming on the lawn while our favourite internet tough guy pretends not to hear it.
