Trump's strategy is short term loss in polls and betting odds in exchange for gains when campaigns get properly moving. He's gonna flood the airwaves with footage of burning business and churches and play up the "law and order" rhetoric. He'll probably also push the "democrat mayor lets city burn" angle too.
