To summarize on the point both black people and white people tend to have a positive association with black people, however black people have a much more positive association. As such the coddling black people receive from other black people makes the relatively more neutral interactions from white people seem negative. Mix that with entitlement. victim complex and a get out of jail free card and you get the race card.

Every service branch uses CS gas to train their recruits. It gives a very practical and very memorable lesson on proper wear of the M50 gas mask and JSLIST suit.
I haven't been gassed with CS in near a decade since basic but still remember how to properly get into MOPP 4 in a reasonable amount of time.
