This was in reference to Nyk stating on Livestream (long since deleted of course) that he's "hung like a horse, and that's a shameful admission" and that he considers his dick "a pendulous nuissance".

This was a literal comment that someone left underneath one of Nyk's videos back in 2016 (comment and video since privated of course, I only had an ASCII back-up unfortunately):

His relationship to his dick is that he doesn't want it. He was making fun in his videos of the fact that the alcoholism had made him impotent and of the fact that he was pissing blood. He said in the Livestreams that when he has sex he doesn't like to get his dick involved and that he prefers anal sex with a strap-on because that way he can avoid having to deal with genitals and being asked to fuck someone. He castrated himself with HRT and now he is going to ask the surgeons to finish the job for him. He's terrified but he has to do it to prove he's really trans and that the TERFs are all wrong, he can read their agitprop and still go get his dick chopped off.

Rural rustbelter here from a religious background. I have labored to remove Christianity from my thinking as much as possible.

the 2000s-early 2010s skeptics made a split based on feminism. the ones like thunderf00t and amazing atheist are still relatively libertarian in thinking. nyk was just following trends and went with whatever would give him the most attention

While that would be karmic, I'm pretty sure it's skin irritation from wearing too much makeup and not removing it properly. Most women I know who try to be beauty stars like Nyk end up with either acne or eczema from the irritation of covering your pores in foundation 12-16 hours a day.
