I did a bunch of my own research going through Amy past tweets and there is a LOT that GCDetective left out of their overview thread.
Going through Amy's past tweets, it became clear to me that the main reason she was upset that the UK TERFs was because of Posie Parker. Amy can't stand Posie or the prominent position she appears to have in UK TERFdom. Amy was angered after discovering that Posie had fans in US TERFdom as well. Amy went after one of the WoLF laywers, Kara Dansky, as well as radical environmentalist feminist Lierre Keith for wearing those "Woman = adult human female" t-shirts that Posie Parker's organization was selling:

I consider Amy exactly the type of fame-hungry media whore who would sell out an ex in public for the sake of notoriety.

The more I am looking into this, the more I am starting to think that Amy basically wanted to use TERFdom as her personal emotional and financial support group. Amy expected TERFdom to serve her instead of the other way around, she wanted to be coddled and catered to by TERFs, she expected UK TERFs to import her into their country make her their movement leader, but when Amy realized that the TERFs already had their own Alpha Female leaders and opinion-makers who weren't sufficiently leftwing - in fact some of whom were were quitting the left - her ego was bruised, her illusions shattered and she lashed out. Amy didn't want to talk about trannies, she wanted to talk about herself and her own life.
Amy's most recent exploit is that she posted the metaphorical dickpic for the TERFs. It started with this tweet by asshole TRAs CursedE hilariously claiming that "most cis women would be OK if they woke up with a dick":

As you can see, "Transgender women report bottom surgery at rates between 5–13%", but don't expect mr Tucute/"You don't have to transition to be trans" to admit that most TIMs have kept their dicks and everyone already knows this. Perhaps in a couple of months Amy will tweet out the following: "The TERF movement was awful, and I was sleeping with a prominent TERF Youtuber... and I still say that."
