And he's a bully too. In the movie, I mean. Other kids have quick chat talking about why they follow Boyega. It's partly because they're lemming-esque and he has plans, but it's primarily because he's a big guy who's outright intimidating to these scrawny, fat, stupid losers.

It's disturbing how much this aligns with Boyega post-Star Wars. The steady incomes or contracts forced him into being more reserved, but since 2019 he's been noticeably meaner on social media. None of his fellow star wars mains are like this. He knows he can throw his weight around, acting all belligerent and pull the race card to get his way with people, but that's clearly not translating into box office success.
