I agree with you in theory, but as a former international student I had to read "Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome" by Joy DeGruy who has a PhD, so in reality they are absolutely enabling this behavior and they do not see it as racist, by her shit explanation she seems to explain it away to kind of justify why there needs to be patience and more catering for black people in America. It's honestly pathetic, I had to get wasted just to read that dumbass nigger book and write it out into an essay about how bad these dumbfucks have it even though I literally came from a third world country and told that hippie white bitch to go fuck herself.

They don't have to counter the right on being inconveniently correct. They usually just dismiss reality owning them again as a "right wing talking point", call someone a racist, & change the subject. Usually back to Trump. It beats actually engaging the point that was made against them.

Police have more leeway to get violent because they're constantly getting attacked when trying to take people in, and statistically speaking most police interactions don't end in a dead suspect. I think people screaming that they're pigs and how their black coworkers are coons and people holding signs saying "ACAB" is less pressing to them than the cops who have gotten bricks of peace thrown at them, run over, or in Las Vegas's case got shot in the fucking head.
