Maybe some of you kiwis are still in school or college, but lemme tell ya, your friends will forget about you, as you them.
In life, not counting your spouse, you get like 2-5 genuine friends in your life. Why just 5 max? Because as an adult who later becomes a parent, you are not going to have enough time to socialize with a lot people. Even less so once you have kids.
Even Kelly McPopular with the great tits who had 2500 friends on facebook and was unanimously voted prom queen isn't exempt from this.
And to add on that, how many people right now can you call genuine friends; people who would have your back rain or shine. People you could entrust your kids with. A person you could ask to keep an eye on your wife/husband who stayed in sick for work one day?
Yeah, very, very few people. It's like that by nature. Anyone who's over 30 and claims to have dozens of friends and no shortage of acquaintances to go out with is either lying to themselves or a fool for leeches to exploit.

If they claim to believe in it yet can't handle my opinion, then I wouldn't trust these people. Why are my beliefs and thoughts taboo to those who claim to like my company?

I ended up deleting a lot of people on Farcebook this week; from people straight up going ham on White hate (and I'm not even Caucasian), to "friends" deleting my replies to their comments because they didn't like anything that questioned or debated their stance and then PMing me that I am a self-hating POC (even though they're Crackers posting about how evil Whitey is, lol).
I can tell ya, I ain't gonna miss a single one of them.
Hell, I'd barely seen them since college.

You're not alone. I lost several friends, primarily through one communist member of the social circle who started dating a friend I'd known for years and then deciding I was an un-person and severing all ties, de facto taking her boyfriend with her and with two of the circle now disassociating from me it took one of the others with them for all practical purposes. These were people who had been my guests on innumerable occasions, that I'd cooked meals for... It wasn't even any particular action I took. Just disagreed with something one day.

She was also the person who insisted that men never suffered from domestic abuse. 🙁

I disagree with this. Important work should be rewarded. It shouldn't be an opportunity to shower oneself with rewards which sounds like what has happened in Mineapolis ($100,000? Fucking Hell!) but minimum wage would just exclude good people who weren't willing to sacrifice themselves and their family's livelihoods to do it. The solution to bad public officials isn't to buy into the trope of "good people work for nothing", imo. It's to replace them and elect actually good and qualified people.

Honestly, the best way this could happen is to let the far left shoot themselves in the foot one too many times and become too much of a liability for the elites.

I've stated countless times that declaring Antifa an international terrorist movement might have been done by Barr and Trump to help speed up that process, and once Antifa and BLM start to make serious inroads into the suburbs and countryside, things will start going pear-shaped for them and a lot of your mid-level Democrat politicians will start giving the go-ahead for cops and National Guard to start doing their jobs and quelling the rioters with extreme prejudice.

Even if it's just so the Karens will keep voting for them in November or just to keep the rioters from targeting their houses in particular.

Another way the "right" could get the message out there is by "memes", but not in the same way the Pepe crowd is thinking of.

Basically you hijack the Left's memes and hashtags and attaching them to posts featuring stuff like Project Veritas videos or stuff like the guys who killed a dog, rioters setting a house on fire with a family inside it, or the father and his kid getting harassed outside the children's hospital.

If you're going to actually be foolhardy to do something like this, then be sure to use hashtags that are "approved" by the Left like BLM or Antifa as opposed to anything directly relating to Project Veritas or #ExposeAntifa. Avoid certain specific words that could tip people off more quickly and get the mass reports on you too early.

Basically, use their own playbook against them by using their unmodified slogans and symbols to more or less counter their narrative.

Don't do anything that can set off SJW alarm bells, so you can't use anime imagery or anything that's explicitly historical (unless it's figures like Lenin, Che, or Mao) and if you're creating some burner account to do this, do some things to delay the algorithm like putting pronouns in your bio or the kinds of emojis SJW's like to use (roses, pride flags, commie symbols, etc.)

Hypothetically speaking, of course.

I don't condone using Twitter at all to begin with, but if the Right wanted to effectively "redpill" people on social media with even the faintest hope of not getting banned and blacked out, this would be their best shot.

Even then, you're better off just standing back, keeping your head down, and just letting the radicals self-destruct enough times for the elites to cut the line and try a new plan

When it comes to social media, the only winning move is not to play

Margaret Sanger was a eugenicist who supported restricted immigration. LGBT issues? Honestly, who cares what consenting adults (not underage child drag performers) do in the bedroom? Some tradcath larper on /pol/ might disagree with that, but they're a vanishingly small portion of the right as a whole. If you support the 1A, 2A, and are looking at this George Floyd shitshow with growing horror, you'll probably feel more politically at home at a gun range in Florida than in NYC.

Without giving away my power level, but I severed ties with my closest friend of 14+ years because he went "woke" and tried to cancel me on Facebook because of some edgelord 4chan-tier jokes I said (he's actually somewhat popular in his area and has like 3,000 friends on FB). We were practically brothers at that point; he was so close that I would celebrate Thanksgiving with his family instead of my own, since I was closer to his family than mine.

Just another casualty of wokeness, cancel culture, and the political divide.

Yeah, there are whole social science departments full of leftists dedicated to trying to discredit IQ, and have been for decades.

But the non-shit studies (high sample size, thorough procedure, reproducible) keep confirming that IQ is better than any other measurable quantity ("parent's income", "school grades", etc.) at predicting life and career success.

You can quibble over whether the thing that is measured by IQ tests is identical to the colloquial term "intelligence", but it clearly measures something meaningful.

It takes great self-discipline to not hate those who hate you; and the media is currently 24/7 programming you to think that you are hated. Which provokes responses of either depression or anger depending on the recipient. But the pressure is immense. They make it increasingly hard to see someone without seeing their race. And yes, this is the goal. The best counter-programming I have found is to start thinking about people you like and respect who happen to be of <insert race>. They want you to see a Black person and think of BLM or that guy forcing a woman to kneel down to him in the street. But it's just as easy to think of that guy earlier in the thread doing the break down of how he knew the police car burning was false; or that Republican running for congress in LA who was tweeting out "White liberals keep calling me a coon. Soon they'll have to call me coongressman". Or the Black conservatives in this video (yes, it's Vice).


Seriously, I was facing the same issue you do. I think we all are - BLM are increasing racism. Some vicious thug who threatened a pregnant woman with a gun in a home-invasion getting buried like a Pharoah and a $12m go-fund me is increasing racism. The MSM are increasing racism. But next time you're in that situation - which is the response they're instilling in you - just think of whatever Black person in this thread has made you laugh or shared your views or spoken out against Antifa infiltrators. Whatever works for you. It's counter-programming and it works. I wish I could share this with more people because your situation is all too common and we have to fight racism in ways that work, not in ways that are just performative self-promotion.
