The rez cops don't do shit if a non-indian was traveling through and got robbed/murdered. The reports would go right into a shredder and there is no recourse. There was this one car that broke down on the road through town and within 8 hours it was stripped clean of everything that could be stolen, vandalized and finally set on fire and no one did anything about it. I'm fairly certain the burnt husk is still there years later.

Community policing to me sounds like mob rule and lynchings galore, not just reserved for racist crimes anymore. And that is no matter how well intentioned you are at the beginning. Why I think right or left anarchists are morons.
