Monica Rial / Monica Jean Rial / Rialisms & Ron Toye / Ronald Toye III / rontoye3 - 5th Bulma and Ron "Pick Up the Phone or You'll Find Your Dog Dead When You Get Home" Toye

This sliminess. He's trying to mental gymnastics his "let's see who walks away a registered sex offender!" tweet.

TLDR: What if Vic was caught with a prostitute? HE'S A REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER!

Jesus Christ. They can't even be honest, because honesty will fuck them.

EDIT: When is assault not assault? When Ron Toye says it, sticks his tongue out, and says neener neener OPINION SQUAWK OPINION.
If it was so illegal to the point he becomes a registered sex offender then why were there no general follow up questions? Like what state it was in? Because last time I checked there is places that its LEGAL to hire a prostitute in the US.

Not seeing the stream (fearing for my sanity decreasing further), but from what I've read here...well, the overblown ego of the maniac liar Ron is still making promises of "smoking guns receipts and proofs" that could have actually helped him quite much had he presented said stuff as soon as he could? Yeeeeaaaaah Ron, are you sure about that? :story: :story: :story:

Idk why I found this clip from the interview so funny:

Sheepdog says he *totally* has a lot of money and "was ready to sue the fuck out of" Rekieta, but his lawyer told him that if he did that "you are what you hate".
Why does he seem so pissed off here.

ETA: this interview is honestly funny and tragic.

He talks about his mom beating the shit out of him to the point he couldn't go to school, says "she hit me with anything that was around like belts, extension cords and blenders". BLENDERS? So hitting people with random ass objects is genetic then?

He says "if Nick was in front of me I would've fucked his ass up". Also people think he's a "joker"? Since when do people think Ron has a sense of humor?

Oh nevermind. Apparently Ty is the joker, because he didn't ask subsequent questions to someone acting dense.

The full "God help the person who lies" clip, idk why but I find this whole clip funny af too.

I feel like this clip is the best summary of Ron's perspective on the lawsuit. His view of the lawsuit seems to be that it has little to do with the allegations against Vic, but more so proving that him & Monica did nothing wrong and exercised their free speech. And that the tortious interference is just extra fluff that Vic's lawyers should've known better than to use. If I follow his logic, this is why he doesn't show the "smoking gun" since it has nothing to do with showing that he used his right to free speech in a legal matter. At least that's what I gathered from following his logic so feel free to correct my interpretation if it's wrong.

TOXIC MASCULINITY: when confronted with the fact that conventions aren't likely to accept a reformed predator back, Ron disagrees saying that "the world is evolving and they're understanding that people have toxic masculinity that needs to be resolved." I'M DYING. THIS INTERVIEW IS SO TRAGICALLY FUNNY.

What possible benefit is there from Vic suing the most influential, well received and respected woman in the anime industry? Ron's speaking about Monica btw.

Ron blocked his" hero" (his dad) on Facebook after making a post about BLM that his dad disagreed with. He looks like he's about to cry here.
Why am I not surprised Ron's the kind of guy to fall out with family members over politics?

I'll add more clips as I watch along so that I can hopefully save someone 4 hours of their life.

Probably because IF they exist, they're a nothingburger.
If anything it would probably just be more evidence of TI.
He says "if Nick was in front of me I would've fucked his ass up". Also people think he's a "joker"? Since when do people think Ron has a sense of humor?
I would pay good money to watch that angry manlet try to fight Nick. I'd imagine Nick pulling the move of holding Ron at an arm's length and laughing while Ron whales ineffectively at the air.

Ron: Vic should've called me! We could've worked all this out with a phone call. 😇
Also Ron: I secretly recorded my phone calls with Christopher Slatosch (Kameha Con CEO). :unholy:

If they did record it I am going to laugh if they only started recording at the 2 hour+ mark of pestering the shit out of Slatosch. That will go over real well with jurors.

So if he had audio recordings, why the hell didn’t he use them in the beginning? Now that’s something they could’ve used to stop the lawsuit. They knew they were getting sued for TI, so why have they decided to say they have it now?

I’m getting really sick of these games. Either show those fucking receipts or shut the fuck up and go broke.
Because the recordings would hurt Monica too. It's a weird flex on Ron's part. One of many issues I had with Ken's "evaluation" or interaction with Ron yesterday.
I established in the live chat that Ron's eagerness to be in control of things means he lacks accountability for things he says or does in the process. (Case and point would be about a year ago lol.)
Then the topic of responsibility comes up & how "Vic feels" comes up & at that point I'm cutting myself at the idea that someone who prefers to be in control is actually being asked about these things as if people in control (the way it was characterized on stream) consider other people's feelings.
People who want to be in that kind of control tend to lack accountability. If things go south it's because you did something wrong or didn't follow direction.
Whatever though.

I cut together the first three hours of the interview. I'll do the rest later.

So Ron is just delusional right? He sounds like some hobo screaming on a street corner.

Edit: Also can't have any dissenting opinions from Ron. Just another soystapo commisar.

Edit 2.: If Nick has those receipts that Monica lied now would be a good time to deploy them.

Not much has gotten me salty about this whole thing because I usually have too much going on to care. However, Ron's hilariously willful ignorance is getting on my nerves. Jesus Christ, he only wants to accept something if it's advantageous to him, otherwise it's wrong...evidence be damned.

First off, you guys did not provide all the discovery asked of you. In fact, all the defending lawyers purposely ran the time out by holding off until filing TCPA at the last moment. You say Vic had no evidence. That is not correct. Ty had emails, texts and the affidavits (which were evidence, never declared not to be evidence, and were properly ammended.) What he didn't have, which the judge wanted, was the damages. Why? Because the TCPA is a pretrial process. It literally asks for the bare minimum. Clear and Precise evidence is so broad that it includes inferences. Because it's a pretrial thing, damages are not required in any extensive detail because that's not the point of the TCPA.

The question in TCPA wants answered is "does this case have the bare minimum of merit?" That means "was there wrong doing and is there damages?" Not "what's the hard evidence of wrong doing and what exactly are the damages." That's where Chupp fucked up.

Second, the prosecuting side (Vic's) isn't required to send any discovery you ask for. They only need to send what's related to the case. Asking for communications between Ty and Vic is in violation of attorney-client privilege. Asking for any communications between Nick and anyone else is also out of bounds because it's irrelevant. Ty's team sent you what they had and any evidence that could help your side pass TCPA...what your lawyer asked for what all post-atCPA and unrelated bullshit.

Third, you can't say it's hilarious that people are questioning a judge or law Twitter because they have experience. News flash: Chupp didn't handle many (if any) TCPA cases before that one. Lemoine was not the "best in the country." He's lost all his cases

To most sane, rational people, you got lucky in this case. The judge treated it like a trial instead if a pretrial motion and expected evidence that Ty could not even obtain due to the discovery freeze. There's a chance that this is shot down in appeals, but prior cases are making it seem less and less likely.
