if everyone else is doing drugs and casual sex then they'll peer pressure you and you'll feel inferior if you don't do those actions; mental hurt.
the higher a women's body count, the less likely she'll become a good wife which makes it harder for you to find a wife.
"Not judging" translates to not giving people advice or guidance.
You're ignoring the real world consequence of this mentality.
End result is everyone is atomized, an individual and people feel no sense of community ,belonging, loneliness increases,. nihilism increases.
You don't live as an individual, you like as a part of a group and even learning language is communal.
Again, you're repeating 1990s or 2000s liberal talking points without thinking about the consequences.

Your utter history and civics fail is appalling for someone so politically motivated. Not everything needs be explicitly declared a law to be valid, all laws do is add force to making sure certain things do get sanction over other people.

Also, check the end of the Constitution, it mentions all of it's provisions will be valid, as the Articles were considered vaild, clearly acknowledging it was that document's predecessor.
