My bets are that he's going to be found guilty now, but without the rioting he wouldn't have been. The dude clearly died of the weird cocktail of drugs he was on even if he was rough with him. If they hadn't made a huge deal on the news about this, it'd never have gone anywhere. Maybe a suspension, doubt he'd be fired, especially after how insane the tox report was. Now? They're probably going to hit him with the second degree even though pushing it to that in ANY other case would mean he'd walk easily. That's tough, the restraint technique he used was one Minneapolis paid for the cops to learn from Israeli special forces and there's photos of cops in Madrid and Paris using the same technique they were also taught but no one died, so no riots about those. I'm going to lean towards him at least walking on any sort of intentional homicide because it looks like the drugs and the preexisting conditions were the main cause of death.
