Minneapolis state councillors say they will shut down the police and have some community peacekeeping or some other stupidity. It's really a pity that the police can't just go on strike and give them a taste of their own medicine. Is it the first step towards social credits like their comrades are doing?

Imho they wouldn't last a week without police. Apart from crime, once they start shooting and arresting each other they'll of course blame whytees. Give a few of them a little power over the others and they'll turn into Bokassa and company and have their little banana empire. And then ask for aid.

You ever been to Fresno? It's a more rural Fresno. Probably less crime overall, but more drug shenanigans.
A few times, our vacations stateside were usually go north towards Eureka, go east towards Tahoe or south to LA/SD. sometimes my dad would make a side trip of going into Death Valley on the way back. California has a lot of great places, it's too bad it's become such an awful place to make a living.

From what I remember there used to be a good number of oil wells around Bakersfield. I don't think there's much oil pumped out anymore. Petroleum in California has too much sulfur to be profitable. There's demand for natural gas so I guess there's still an energy industry there.

The UK has had intermittent violence and protests like the ones you see in the USA. The UK cases generally are more open-and-shut in the polices favour than America. 9 years ago there were riots in Britain which were fairly widely condemned.

Churchill was racist, insofar as you'd expect from someone of his era. He blamed the Indians for 'breeding like rabbits', leading to widespread death in India. Churchill, however, should be judged in the context of his time snd measured against his great work as a war-time leader. Black Lives Matter doesn't care for that at all, and the motivation of these individuals is largely hatred of whites and their history, not love of racial justice.

Whoa, now. Context is racist. (I've actually been told this by several BLM-types.) It doesn't matter why he said or did what he did, it's wrong today therefore it was always wrong!

One of the comics Youtubers who covers a lot of the communism stuff from an academic viewpoint (his theorys on why they are specifically destroying superhero comics is interesting) thinks that these riots are Antifa training exercises. They're practicing how to riot and teaching newbies how to riot. Basically, when Trump wins in November, they're going to riot until they get that real communism they keep seeking.

He didn't do any "great work" as a wartime leader, he was an obese alcoholic pederast who attended briefings blackout drunk and had to be carried by his cabinet and advisors throughout the entire war + his post war career. Our jingoistic historians retcon it but Churchill was an unpopular man in both his private life and public career, and for good reason. Even the "We will fight them on the beaches" speech went down poorly with the British public, it didn't rouse them to action like overly sentimental accounts would have you believe.

4th Age is a great channel, and I say that as someone who never got into comics. Haven't checked this one out yet, but I'll make sure to get that done.

So, it's mostly that he didn't cuck out like Chamberlin did? I wonder if he would have finally found his spine had he won reelection.

Look at those poor helpless black creatures being forced to slave away for woke points. Shameful.
