It's a matter of safety that they don't do the dickflip on mega fatties. The fatter you are, the more anaesthetic has to be deployed which leads to a higher risk of overdose, and the more flesh must be cut which means greater risk of blood loss and also a greater potential site for infections. In fact, any sort of surgery on the super morbidly obese is risky. Dr Now on My 600lb Life is always saying how even when they've proven they can make the lifestyle changes to drop 60+ pounds in a couple of months that he asks them to beforehand that it's very high risk. I believe there's only him that will do surgery on people that enormous.

People didn't really get that large back then. The fact 6x is even commn enough to be marketable, even in a more niche market is kind of horrifying. Those sort of body stats shouldn't exist. Sumo Wrestlers, who basically pork up deliberately and professonally (and their health and joints suffer for it) don't get nearly as big. I've seen Sumo look positively svelte next to this new generation of female deathfats.

There are constant waves of programs to reduce instances of diabetes and obesity, directly targeted at the black community to ~~keep people from dying or being disabled! Do they not want to keep Grandma from losing her feet and going blind because she has the sugar?
Now it's part of the white supremacist agenda to want a healthy population. Okay.

I’m late about this but I’d like to point out that the girl this bitch is being nasty to is a 15 year old who is constantly told that she is both obese and anorexic by the entire internet. The girl in the photo (Charli D’Amelio) is not a “thin white wom[a]n,” she’s a child. This fatty is telling a kid that she should just take the abuse people throw at her because she has “thin privilege.”
