For real, I still don’t understand why some users on here simp for him so hard. There are some rational people who are willing to call him out when he does/says something profoundly stupid but there are also people who are like “YOU HAVE TDS!!! HE’S JUST JOKING” and then Trump clarifies he was being serious. Or the opposite happens and they bend like pretzels to justify what he said and the next day Trump is like “It was a joke.”

Like yeah, he makes liberals mad and I guess that’s all that matters to some people, but come on, have some self-respect.

I thought that Trump doing the photo op for the Church was stupid and cringy. It just made the people go from "bunker boy! bunker boy!" into "omg he teargassed those peaceful protesters and got a photo op at that church they burnt down!" "Teargassing is the same as gassing the jews! He's a Dictator!" Would've been better just to not bother.

The level of irresponsibility and callousness here is staggering. He's actually trying to justify a peaceful 75-year-old man getting shoved by the cops and getting a head injury because of it. Also, from all accounts, Martin Gugino is a long-time peace advocate and volunteer who doesn't have any kind of criminal record. He's literally being libeled by the President of the United States.

Can't wait to see Trump supporters justify a President advocating police brutality and libel against an American citizen.

These aren't bootlickers. They're full-on deep-throating the boot. There is actual video evidence of this elderly man being pushed while he's not doing anything threatening. But please, keep repeating that he "tripped and fell" while everyone with eyes can see what really happened.

I also love how just getting in someone's face is apparently justification to get assaulted. I guess if I ever run into Kristy and she gets too close to me I can smash her head against the pavement.

That's what these fucking Neanderthals don't understand, police brutality is an issue that affects everybody. There are tons of cases of white people getting shot, beaten, robbed, etc by the police and not getting any justice. But please, keep licking the boots of a militarized, authoritarian force that can shoot you for reaching for your wallet and get a paid vacation out of it.

And before I get the criticism that "ACAB", mind you that I was absolutely disgusted that a 77-year-old retired police officer was killed during the riots.

Reminds me of that one time people trying to justify one of those Buckingham Palace Guards assaulting a tourists for mocking his march. Yes, the tourist was an idiot for doing that but there's no justification especially when he wasn't even touching him.
