I don't use it to be on the safe side because I thought it was rude and that "gay" was the preferred nomenclature. When I was in university the LGBT club didn't have a fucking Q in it and it would've been like sticking an F in there for faggots. I just Googled it out of curiosity and it's, no shit, called the Queer Students Community Center now, go fucking figure. What the fuck happened in the 2010s and can I also say nigger now? I'm legitimately unsure if "queer" is what they actually want me to call them or if it's that "we're reclaiming this slur and only we can use it" kind of deal. Maybe it's a generational thing. Doesn't matter, I couldn't actually refer to someone as "gender queer" with a straight face anyway.

Most of my close friends who are trans never mention it outside of our support groups or when discussing things like this. (i.e bring it up where it can help with understanding a p.o.v.)


It's why going stealth is the best option for a trans person, aka completely presenting as your perceived gender and not being an autist about it.

That's why I insist in differentiating between "transgender" and "troon". Transgender people are properly diagnosed (and not just fast-tracked by saying "oh yeah I'm totally a girl/guy"), aren't proud of it, aren't throwing it in people's faces, and aren't posting nudes on r/transpassing just so they can get buckets of asspats. Seriously, if you pass you will know it. How? Because people are not double-taking and not hesitating to call you she/he.

I've met very few transgender people. Probably about the national average, considering how many people I've met in my life. I've met a lot of troons, though. Troons just make things worse for everybody.

Frankly I don't understand why other trannies or troons can't let bygones be bygones. End of the day our opinions (as normal people, take the re.tards out of it) don't affect each other, and it'll always baffle me people get so up in arms people call their gender/sexuality/etc autistic.

So let's look at the numbers:
According to Trans Murder Monitoring, 30 trans people were murdered in the USA in 2019. According to UCLA, 0.6% (1.4 million) people in the US identify as transgender but keep in mind that many trans activists will tell you that number is higher in reality.
30/1400000 gives us a murder rate of 2.14 per 100 000 people.
The US murder rate is 4.96 per 100 000 (2018 data), according to the FBI.
A tranny is almost two times LESS likely to be killed then your average American.
