I don't know. He's managed to piss off all of his colleagues as well as his boss. Plus, he's brought some negative attention to the college all while using his fake PTSD as an excuse to get out of doing any actual work. He's doing the bare minimum in teaching and his scholarship is just his personal whining about how he is totally a real woman and not at all a cheating man wearing a dress to win at a sport that even 60 year old men could beat him at.

I don't think he's planning to leave at all. Shit talking your boss like that seems more like something someone who thinks they are untouchable would do. I've no doubt he thinks that his troon shield is impenetrable (much like his stink ditch). I just happen to think that he is just as wrong about that as he is about being a true and honest woman.

If there is a way to get rid of Rhys, his boss will find it. I've no doubt about that. In the current climate, it's going to be tough -- but I do think as we shift the focus from transgender rights being the "civil rights of our decade" as Biden claimed back to regular old civil rights being an issue again, it might be hard to justify a white male "female" doing the lecturing on racism and ethics in business. Surely a black professor would be better suited for that. What does Rhys really know about racism? Has he lived that experience as a white Canadian? He needs to make way for some black voices to be heard. Might be easier to squeeze him out if you can justify it as making room for a black professor.
