The skeletons are almost certainly responsible for destroying the world in Kenshi. I think it's just if you have Sadneil in your party, but if you go to the World's End research facility, the skeleton working there will tell him something like "don't worry. So long as I'm working here they'll never find out the truth," in reference to the end of the world.
And there are lots of pitbulls that go their entire lives without mauling anyone. Average behavior is still a thing, and shit like the congo and all of africa throws the average pretty far out of whack to then be like "but this one is cool, see? they're not so bad!"

Indeed, and the ashlands were hit by nukes, and the thing causing the lasers in Venge is a malfunctioning satelite weapon, and there were two of them once. I actually have an outpost now in the Ashlands, no fucking wind, amazing iron and copper deposits, and the only source of power is biofuel from hydroponic greenfruits. And all my crew are modeled after Guts from berserk, with all except a few armed with Giant swords and levels around 70 with heavy weapons. I actually have the mod that allows you to start with Guts, complete with dragonslayer. and theres a few clones of it in the world. I trained all my guys on the captured Inquisitors with practice weapons mod and they are practically unstoppable. But still, the skin bandits are something else
Lol my squad isn't ready to take on the skin bandits yet. I went to the Ashlands, beat one group of skin bandits, and then another came and destroyed my dudes. One thing I figured out though is once you can easily beat the beak things, you can pretty much go anywhere in Kenshi fairly safely. I don't know of anything that can run as fast as them, so you can just gtfo even if you do run into a stronger enemy.
