I really don't think that the depiction of sex is necessary to tell a story.

Sex has a lot of value to the people experiencing it, but watching it from the sideline, after being promised literally anything else, is fucking weird. Nosediving into something intimate like that is too far IMO.

just have them kissing or something, god damn

One odd thing is that despite it being release day, at least for my account on PS-Store, TLOU2 is not that prominently featured. Its not on the "featured" section, which is the first thing you see, it is only a small icon and the second item on "What's Hot."

Which is not what you'd except for a 10/10 once in a generation PS4 exclusive?

I really do wonder how this will sell post launch, but I will reiterate, there will be articles about this game breaking some record somewhere on release date, Sony already bought out reviews, a few articles is nothing.
 
I feel like nobody's going to whinge about Cyberpunk 2077 and its own hilariously graphic sex scenes because its expected and known its coming.

That and Marcin Iwiński seems to have reached a plane of existence in which he doesn't have to give a fuck about whinging fucks and is making a game they know doesn't have to appeal to people who don't buy your shit in the first place.

Let's just say that in a world without artificial hormone availability (such as a post-apocalyptic setting), Abby being MtF is the easiest way to explain her muscle mass.
Then again, this is the game that had a fully lit modern gym for her to train in, so the HGH or steroids might be available for her to build that kind of frame.
