Horrorcow Lucas Werner - A man of Spokane, Washington who is obsessed with millennial and Gen Z chicks

This is not strictly related to anything recent, I'm just asking out of curiosity. In the past, people have referred to Lucas having a "pretty strong lisp" in old videos, presumably caused by ill-fitting false teeth, which has since faded. I've always understood a lisp to be a speech impediment characterized by an "s" sound becoming a "th" sound - I haven't heard Lucas do this, but I have heard him change an "l" sound to a "w" (the number of times he says "dollars" as "dowwers" or "politicians" as "powwaticians"... it gets under my skin even though I know he can't help it).

Is this what people are referring to when they talk about Lucas's lisp? Or was there something else in addition to this?

ETA: Lucas's speech has a number of mild, but nonetheless very strange, features. An example off the top of my head is the way he pauses before an "s" sound at the end of the word ("sex" as "seck..........s"), as if his mouth has trouble physically going from one phoneme to another. While there are some other "weird" things he does, they seem to be more related to regional dialect (-ag words sounding like -eg) or slow mental processing speed (long pauses between words, speaking slowly, etc.) than they are to classic speech impediments. I'm trying to distinguish those features from something like what's described above. In my mind, I've always assumed that these were present in his early life and his parents never bothered to put him in speech therapy to correct them (or he proved to be a particularly difficult nut to crack - perhaps the mental stuff present in his childhood prevented him from applying corrections as smoothly as a neurotypical child may have been able to do). What are your thoughts?

rhotacism is difficulty with the rho sound (r and sibilants). i don't really know more than that, but it's not a lisp, but some sort of mouth/tongue shape thing.

True, but I've always understood that difficulty pronouncing "l" is lambdacism rather than rhotacism (or de-rhotacism). I think that's what Lucas is dealing with here.

i was meaning that it wasn't a lisp, but some sort of mouth/tongue misplacement disorder, of which rhotacism is an example.

in any case, now that you pointed out the pausing when pluralizing certain words with an "s", it's very noticeable in older videos too, and in his angry manic videos where he's shouting and losing control, it's much more of a hissing sound - drawn out - rather than a pause. i don't know if that's a dialect thing or not (i've never heard of it) but it's certainly odd and isn't like his lisp or lambdacism or whatever in misplacement of tongue or lips, but some sort of pausing as if that's just the way he's learned to pluralize words.

he's also not doing that weird lip bite thing after making a dumb statement as often (or at all) in the last several videos.

That makes total sense. I hadn't noticed the hissing thing but you're completely right - that's so odd. It seems like he has had a really tough time getting comfortable with language fluency. I'm so curious as to whether or not this is something that's often experienced in tandem with other mental illnesses/disorders, or if he just dealt the worst hand known to man when he was born.

God, the lip bite thing is so irritating. It always reads to me as this "gotcha" statement that he punctuates his nonsensical shit with, but with the worst side of smug "see how smart I am?" + thinking he looks suave/attractive/intellectual.

I started following Lucas on Facebook back when he was just some weird hobo that talked about Board Games, but lately hes just been a complete barrage of horny posting and completely incomprehensible political ranting.

Its honestly fascinating from a sperg watching standard. I wonder if he realizes his 10,000 Facebook followers are probably just watching for the dumb shit he says.

Way back when I first met him he had a bit of a following and was trying to use it to impress me. Like “I have 5000 friends on Facebook!”
So no, I do not think that he does realize.

Agreed. This misconception of his also shows up in his older videos when he was really obsessed with the like/dislike buttons on Youtube. He was so baffled by the amount of dislikes compared to what he perceived was his audience (people that liked him, agreed with him, and supported him). It was so comical to watch him try to twist the narrative ("if you dislike my video, that means you like it! how about that?" / "just because I have a hundred dislikes and zero likes doesn't mean that no one likes my video, it just means that only the trolls are clicking the button").

Sooooooo....in the interest of hilarity I contacted Lucas and offered him first $50 then $100 to have a live debate with me. If I lose: he gets $100, if he loses nothing happens. It's a scenario where he has absolutely no skin in the game and will lose no money or material goods if things don't go his way. I figured this would be perfect for him: time on a podcast with no downside...nothing to lose and money he needs to gain. He turned me down. Generally I would have just said "Oh well" and not bothered posting. But his messages took a...weird turn. He suddenly decided it wasn't just a DM, and he was addressing all the Gen Z women in the world. I didn't know I had such pull with the zoomers, but learn something new everyday I guess. Enjoy.

the website calling them friends does not mean they are actually your friends.
a lot of people I know could stand to learn this lesson

I mean Lucas barely understands anything that isn't fuck or eat. But at 10,000 followers and 3000 friends 90% of which (and that's being generous) are probably there to Chronicle his retardation, it's easy to understand how he gets these weird delusions of grandiour.

But you figure he would have learned by now how little people who follow him respond, but lucas strikes me as the any attention is good attention type of guy.

VoidFace, let me start by saying how much I appreciate what you do. I consider myself a fairly decent person, but I hate Lucas Werner with every fiber of my being. He is disgusting and reprehensible on a level rarely reached by most. As such, I feel no guilt or remorse for deriving pleasure from his misery.

One of my biggest issues with the fat fuck is his raging hypocrisy. Most notably, his recent claims that he doesn’t consider himself bipolar, yet he has no qualms about collecting government benefits for it. I’d love to see a video about this. He’s been on a posting rant about doctors and how doctors in it for the money suck, and women who love doctors for their money suck; yet is it not insanely greedy and capitalistic of him to take government funds from those truly in need, if he doesn’t truly need them?

Thanks a lot, I really appreciate the support!

And I absolutely hate that too. Partly because I generally hate hypocrisy, partly because when I was a kid I grew up on welfare. My family, friends and I probably wouldn't have survived without it. But Lucas is exactly the kind of person that makes people rail against social programs like that. When they talk about people leeching off the system, they're talking about people like him.

Maybe I'll make this the first proper podcast episode.

Of COURSE he turned you down; even an ultra-softball "debate" like what Goldaor provided was too much for Bitch Boy to handle....also, did anyone notice how odd it was that the 22-year-old man seemed much more mature and responsible than the 40-year-old?

Yeah, I know it's obvious, but it was still odd to hear it in real time.

He actually sounds dumber when he's talking to other people , rather than his solo insanity, because when he's ranting on his own it's not as obvious that he constantly changes the subject unintentionally, but when he's talking to someone his non-sequiturs and his inability to stay focused become extremely obvious. He CANT CONTROL HIMSELF.

Can one live there indefinitely?
I'm not actually sure. I suppose as long as the homeless population doesn't expand, and they still have beds: maybe it can be indefinite?

It's amazing to me how he keeps sounding dumber and crazier. I thought about offering more money, or idk...setting up a gofundme or some shit to entice him with possible winnings, but he bitched out pretty quick,

I mean...I knew he would, he's too much of a coward not to, but I thought it would take longer.

His constant repeating of "I live in a homeless shelter" has me curious; I was under the impression they were short term stays and they would kick you out after a while. Can one live there indefinitely?
Every homeless shelter story I've heard has limited time stays like 30 days, then hop around to another in the area. And they make you see a counselor, along with the religious ones making you go to church. I suspect that's why Lucas never shuts up about religion.
