Amy did NOT work on TLOU.
It was a separate project Druckmann was given after he proved to be mildly competent while working with her on uncharted. He did have some trashy ideas for uncharted 2 which Amy threw away in a garbage pin and it seems he remembered that. Nobody expected TLOU to become that huge but it wasn't entire his credit. In fact, his original idea for the game was apparently too sexist and rape-y, something he now openly brags about. Most people who worked on tlou1 were fired or left the company, he was the only writer who returned. Which explains the drop in quality and writing. Giving him a direct control was a mistake

The day the pre-orders were refunded was the day they moved around their release schedule, the answer is no. They had to have another release take it's place so the quarterly reports remained stable.
