Michelle has no political experience. It would be dumb to let her be the VP. They're probably looking for someone to replace him ASAP. They'll invoke the 25th Amendment and try to impeach Biden before the first week is over.

Dems don't care about experience, they voted Michelle's nobody done-nothing husband into office after all. But the only people Michelle appeals to are the shallow youth voters who are unreliable at best at showing up... and black people. And the blacks would probably be outraged they didn't just make her the candidate, which would dampen their turnout a little more than they did for Obama's.
Still it would be one of their smarter moves. Admitting that they have no interest in actually governing, but smart from their usual PR standpoint. But why start doing the smart thing now?

Personally, I don't see what the playbook here is for the democrats, except they believe they have the propaganda arm so effective and the environment so polarized they cannot lose. There is no way, IMO, that Biden will be it. He's just too much of a fuckup deranged failure. Then again, they said that about Trump. I think about the only play the Democrats have is to have Biden as the pick, select probably Susan Rice or maybe Loretta Lynch (less likely, she has more obvious attack points), and then when Biden inevitably fucks up, gets shoahed and withdraws, or dies (Ideally late September to early October), Rice or whomever swoops in. Get some votes for the faux emotional respect and feels for a selfless cocksucker like Biden along the way. It's about the only thing I think gives them a chance.
Of course, Bolton's book will lead to another Schiff/Nadler impeachment horrorshow, which could maybe up their numbers, but other than agitators causing a Kent State at one of the upcoming Trump rallies, I just don't see how the Democrat leadership can do anything but pick someone like Rice for VP before Joe goes off to sniff little girls in the sky, to give them a chance.
