He could've spoken to a lawyer who wasn't trying to screw him. A couple C&D letters would've cost him about $300. Pursuing an injunction to prevent shipping a single book would've cost less than $1000. Now its too late.

By coming here and admitting that he can't afford to pursue legal action and that Youtube videos by people who are just using him too are his only recourse all but guarantees he'll never see a penny and that he'll struggle to find anyone to hire him going forward.

He could've also just chalked it up as a learning experience like a normal adult. This isn't life-changing money we're talking about. Hell even I assumed 5-figures, now he's saying it's even less. The damage this will do to his reputation far exceeds $8k.

Am I the only one here who finds DM drops juicy? We have a former Comicsgater privy to insider knowledge and dealings dropping them regularly and some users choose to criticize and belittle him. I only wish Mike S Miller, Doug TenNapel and Edwin would be as helpful to the farms by revealing what they know.

As for Nasser's predicament, I can certainly sympathize. As far as I know he wrote four scripts for Brutus and has not received payment for anything, all he wants is restitution for what he and Donal agreed to in writing and clearly he doesn't have the money to pursue a legal avenue. There's nothing to burn down. I'm not bleeding subs or followers over this--I bled them when all my former friends smeared me and lied about me. I'm just a dude in his parents' basement who writes all day. I'm a loser. I have nothing to lose, dude. And yes--ALL OF YOU have the facts. Go to the SWC stream. It's 3 hours, but the first hour is EVS dms. After that, we show all the dms in context, not to mention the fresh dms from my video I uploaded today, and not to mention the dms on the DA Talks video. And they're ALL in context. Donal says they aren't, but if they weren't, then he'd either explain how they weren't, or he'd show you additional dms to prove his side. He won't do it because he has no counter.
