The DoJ is still investigating Obamagate, and trying to plug leaks and and extremists inside the bureaucracy. Then you have them along with the FBI and Homeland Security also collecting intelligence on where the money is coming from, who are the key leaders of the rioters that if detained can cripple the groups. And thats all on top of the regular stuff, quarterly reports, foreign espionage, economy tracking etc etc.
