Inactive Richard "Lowtax" Kyanka - Deadbeat (emphasis on "Dead") founder of Something Awful, forced out of his own community, on his second divorce, stuck his dick in crazy, "Birth Giver"

It's not his fault, he just repeatedly flashbacks to his boxing match with Uwe Boll. Can you imagine the torment this man is going through? Like he manages to get all three inches inside but then suddenly he looks up and sees her face slowly morph into a gap-toothed German guy.

I can't blame him for just letting out a high pitched scream and then start punching.

On the plus side, he's way, way more likely to win to the fight this time around.

If you think about it, Lowtax kind of rules.

1. Constantly steals money from leftists and trannys. Does no work whatsoever and pushes off all his duties on mentally handicapped communists and two black people for free.

2. Can quickly raise money for pie by screaming incoherently on camera and complaining about his back.

3. Wife 1? Knocked the fuck out. Wife 2? Knocked the fuck out. Future wife 3? Already dominated. No woman can handle his pill-powered fury.

4. Let his kids hang with a pedophile sex weirdo, to teach them survival of the fittest.

5. Has his own strip mall office where he sleeps all day and drinks. Is lord of TWO domains.

6. Only eats the finest of delivered food, but also understands the common man with his box wine addiction.

7. Is working on a now 5 year project to own Notch, it will be the greatest burn ever made by man.
He unironically rules, he's too overpowered, that's why God is giving him all sort of health issues, it's his way of nerfing LowT so life is a more balanced and more entertaining videogame.

It is very plausible that they broke up, and she refused to leave. They got into a huge argument and pushing happened. This happened before, and history repeats itself. I can see Lowtax calling the cops to deal with her, and she wanting to stay at the house because she “lives there.” So, that is why she is claiming tenant rights, even though I’m sure she isn’t on the lease. I hope Lowtax wasn’t that stupid, but I guess he decided it was a good idea to give her keys to SA as an admin, which she still has. I would think he would have removed that access. The fact that he hasn’t makes me suspicious that more information is still missing about this, and maybe Lowtax is sitting in jail or blitzed out of his mind because he knows he has fucked over his two ongoing family divorce/custody battles.
He owns the house, no lease involved.

I can’t imagine that Missouri has strong tenant’s rights laws, but in places like NYC once you have lived in a place for thirty days you get legal standing as a tenant. If you stay in a hotel in NYC they will move you into another room after 30 days to avoid that going into effect.

The question is how long has Bogan been shacking up at the McMansion, has she ever given him anything that resembles rent and what’s on the books in Missouri as far as tenancy laws. (Some places it doesn’t matter if you’ve paid a dime, just how long you have been residing there.) Wanna bet that somehow Lowtax agreed that some of the very important work she did could go towards “rent” so he could pay her less cash every month.

She really has him by the balls in the work dept. He was dumb enough to publicly deny she was his girlfriend and just a very wise business woman coming on the team for SA - and paid at least some work invoices she sent him. He hyped her as a new team members at SA in charge of advertising. Now she can turn around and claim he pressured her for sex or a relationship in order to keep her job.

She’s a nasty piece of work and Lorax really fucked up royally falling for her big business woman schtick and publicly approving her as someone working at SA. Much better leverage for her to be identified as a marketing director than a new girlfriend.

If she has tenant's rights, she not only has the right to remain there pending any legal procedure to remove her, but if he has a domestic against him, to get a restraining order to keep him out, too. I feel sorry for the kid having to deal with this worthless drug addict dad.

Lowtax rents. He talks about his shit credit and renting his house quite a bit on his Facebook.

IANAL, but this site says non-lease tenants in MO can be removed for any reason after a 30-day notice:

Of course, that is geared towards removing someone from a rental property. I find it extremely hard to believe a court would order a homeowner to allow an unmarried partner with 0% ownership to live in the house for 30 days after a police-involved DV incident.

Logan needs to go full spite-rage and fuck with LowT on the way out. This could be the best cow drama in recent memory if she lets her BPD run wild.

EDIT: apparently LowT rents the house? No idea what that means for the situation.

From a quick scanning of Missouri tenancy laws I can’t see any way she has any tenant rights unless Lowtax was dumb enough to draw up a lease for her to live there and pay rent.

Missouri is a very landlord friendly state and to be a tenant you need a lease and to be paying rent.

The tax information lists him as the owner, not a tenant of the home. He pays property taxes on it, which tenants don’t do.

I think he talks about renting his house to try and fool ppl into thinking poor broke Lowtax doesn’t have a $400,000 McMansion asset. He and Ashlii were remodeling rooms before she split.

No one is dumb enough to rent a McMansion in the suburbs. Most HOA in those places don’t allow you to rent out your home anyway.

I’d be shocked if he was renting a giant McMansion for one person. If he was going to rent why the fuck would he rent a giant ugly boomer house in the burbs?

Its shady as hell, which i guess one expects with Lowtax.

It would be the one who was responsible for the incident who'd be kicked out. He'd be allowed to come pick up some of his things under police escort if that happened. I don't know if Bogan actually has any such rights or could prove it. If she's in a motel now he could probably change the locks and keep her out. As they say, possession is nine points of the law.

Depending on what the actual situation is it could be that whoever is in the house wins.

Also maybe Bogan is lying and the DV incident was entirely her fault and she made it up and posted it afterwards. Otherwise, why was she the one who wasn't in the house at the end of the incident?

Domestic abuse isn't just a simple landlord/tenant issue though.

Yeah, claiming you’re a live-in-girlfriend is different from being a regular tentant. It’s tricky. According to a lawyer on a ask-a-lawyer website

Under Missouri law, she has an oral, month-to-month lease agreement. Before she can be evicted, you need to give her written notice of that termination and give her a full rental period's notice of the termination. So for example, if you gave written notice on July 27th, she would have until the end of August to move out. If she holds over and is there in September, you could bring an action for unlawful detainer and seek a judgment for possession and twice the rental value for the period of holdover. You should seek the advice of an attorney. If you would like representation, you should call a lawyer in your area. Keep in mind, until retained, I'm not your lawyer.

So her “tenants rights” extend to making Lowtax miserable for one month.

That becomes stickier if she has the legal right to be there (at least for the 30 days) and at the same time, she also has the right to a restraining order for domestic violence. (And this is highly questionable since she is the one not in the house.)
