I think she still believes what rich told her about his ex wife, so she is scared for the daughter and is trying to cover for him. Alternately, he may have pointed out that if he doesn't have money from SA then his kid isn't going to have money, either. Young people tend to fall for this shit because they are too naive to know that they aren't really helping anything by trying to bail out people who need to get their shit together. If she ever (god forbid) has her own kids she is going to look back on what a crock of shit this all was with anger. She will do the same thing when she is rich's age and talks to a 26 year old.

As a med fag-I am not aware of what bipolar medications would cause the kinds of side effects she is claiming when mixed with alcohol. They almost all make you slow and sleepy when mixed with alcohol. The only medication she mentioned is ativan, which is a sedative. Bipolar medications are antipsychotics (very sedating), atypical antipsychotics (usually less sedating), and mood stabalizers (results may vary, not appreciably changed by alcohol use, some are still sedating). She is way more likely to drop dead from mixing that type of shit with alcohol than to become agitated. Alcohol is a way that many poor or non-compliant bipolar patients self medicate, it calms them down from mania or hypomania, though it is hard to even know if she was actually trashed until the police report arrives here.

The story that she tells the first time around seems to make more sense. The chronology matches up to things that can be verified, and the story is simple. When she tries to explain what "really" happened later she makes mistakes in how long things took or when they happened, and gives explanations that don't make sense.

even if you disbelieve logan there are still some problems here. rich is a fucking idiot if he wants to be in his daughters life and invites a woman back to live with him after what he claims she did. The best version of the story for him is that he let an alcoholic mentally ill woman live with him while seeking more parenting time with his daughter, and he did not kick her out the first time she said he hit her. Any time he spent arrested is going to reflect poorly on him because there is nothing preventing that type of shit from having happened with the daughter in the home. It isn't like the daughter would die or anything but it would be very scary for her to have to get handed off to her mom by the cops.

And of course none of this would matter if she wasn't the 3rd person to accuse him. That's what matters. The goons trying to keep some kind of moral high ground are just fucking ridiculous with this shit. 3rd time is a charm because the mood of the forum dictates it? Fuck these people. They will excuse anything if it is convenient.
