Also, "white people food" isn't a thing. There are regional dishes in the states, with midwestern food being (generally) blander. But different "white" cultures have very different cuisines. The ice-cream is certainly pretty calorifuc at 920 cal per 400g or so, but even a normal weight short woman needs a more than 1000 calories a day just to meet BMR.

It does show how many people think they eat very little and can't understand hiw they gain weight though: you could have a small steak, potatoes and vegetables - a full meal that will satiate you and meet your macronutrients needs and come well under 900 calories. Thst tub probably went down in three minutes left her with a sugar high then a crash leaving her hungry again and then she ate a big dinner on top of it.
