I do not know if people here enjoy seeing leaks, but I have some that I believe weren't seen before;
All of these come from my informants. You are going to see second-hand info, take it with a grain of salt.
Some time ago, I managed to see the first concept of the new UI.
As far as I know, all of this is functional - it's not a static image, but an actual in-engine view.

I had to remove the background and touch up certain elements a bit, so that Alex cannot trace back to the person who leaked it to me.
I apologize for the poor quality of the image.
I personally find it too cluttered - that UI would be a nuisance during gameplay.
Investigating the disassemblied code from the newest build, I can tell he was experimenting with it, but in the end decided to go with an alternate version that is just a re-color of the current UI with different fonts and background elements.
This means that there is a high chance the concept presented above was scrapped.
While I am still on the topic of the UI, let me share some older concept artwork that never made it into the production phase.

This one is clearly a Persona 5 ripoff, I know for a fact that he liked it.
The reason this concept was scrapped is unknown, but I assume he realized that he can't milk Persona for content forever.
That being said, I like it a lot more than the previous one. At least it wouldn't make me epileptic halfway through the game.
For the final piece of information; There are some leaks regarding the kickstarter demo end-scene as well as some of the inner workings of his Discord moderation team, but none of them come with pictures attached.
If you think that text is not a substantial piece of evidence, you can stop reading now.
Demo end screen
Around 6 months ago, Alex was already planning on how the kickstarted demo should end.
His initial decision regarding the end screen, was to simply show a bunch of text outlining the kickstarter stretch-goals and then roll the credits.
I don't know what caused him to change his plans, but instead of displaying text, he decided to go with a playable-ending segment;
Here is a comprehensive description of what the scene looks like:
After eliminating your rival, the screen fades to black. You see the cutscene with Amai (the second rival) meeting your beloved Senpai after school, followed by info-chan sending you a message stating, that a new rival has to be eliminated. The screen fades to black once again, and you appear in a long hallway, with a white path and a pink gradiented background. As you make your way through the path, you can see visual representation of stretch goals appearing on pedestals to your left and right, along with their description. For example, you will get to see the new YandereChan model spinning on a pedestal, titled "original character models" and Ayano's mother on a pedestal, titled "more characters". The stretch goals that you get to see are the following:
- Original character models, new Ayano model on the pedestal.
- More characters, Ryoba model on the pedestal.
- 9 more rivals, Kizana model on the pedestal.
- Story elements, Saikou Corp CEO model on the pedestal.
- "Much more!", nothing displayed as an example (no pedestal).
At the end of the path, you find yourself under the cherry tree with
Taro Yamada Alex's self insert character and the screen cuts to black, rolling in the credits.
All of this is a subject to change.
Discord moderation team leaks
I've decided to play a little game with the moderation team, and let them know that I have some mods working for me.
This caused a lot of distrust to develop between the mods and Alex, some of them throwing accusations at each other.
After AMZE started accusing one of Alex's volunteers, their beloved Devpai went berserk and started throwing tantrums about how everyone is trying to get his most valuable volunteers removed from the project, quote; "You just tried to get my most valuable volunteer butchered over a personal grudge, using out of context screenshots! :yanAnger:"
After all of that happened, Alex devised a plan on how to figure out who the "traitor" is. He began giving fake information to mods, one at a time, expecting one of them to leak it. This 30 year old man is playing a game of charades with his followers, and it is still going on. That shows well how good he is at community management.
Bonus
Investigating the newest build of the game, I noticed that new normal maps, created specifically for >2 years old textures are now present in the files.
Did Alex go back on his argument of "I won't be using normal textures, because that's not anime"? It took him 6 years to notice their importance, truly an exceptional person.
